Deanna's P.O.V
Glancing up as I ran I was a black aircraft and a red and gold suit. "Remember the Avengers joke earlier?!" I yelled to my two brunette friends who nodded. "Yeah well for once my sarcasm paid off!" The Avengers had just arrived to save us.
"Aren't they meant to be in New York?" Ronnie questioned still running.
"Does it matter?!" Beth yelled as we skidded around another corner. Glancing back I sighed in relief. The Avengers were holding them off. "Guys head back home, the Avengers have them!" I instructed. The two nodded and we all bolted it back to our shared flat.
When we got inside we all collapsed to the floor, breathing heavily. However while catching our breaths the three of us still laughed. "That was fucking awesome!" I yelled jumping up and walking into the kitchen to grab a drink from the fridge. Luckily we had a can of rockstar that I could have.
"Hey De throw me a bottle of water please!" Beth yelled.
"Throw me can on monster please!" Ronnie also yelled. I grabbed the two drinks and walked back over to the hall by the door where they see still sitting. Giving them their drinks I took a seat in between them both and sipped my drink. "That was fun" Ronnie said opening her can
"Yeah, yeah it was" Beth agreed. We fell into silence taking sips of our drinks every now and then. "We are going to get into so much trouble when they find out we intervened." Beth mumbled from my left.
"If they find out" Ronnie countered from my right.
"Let's be fair there's how many people around here?" I questioned earning a shrug off both of them. "I doubt they are going to find us. I doubt they are even going to be looking for us." With that I jumped up and turned on the TV, however I wasn't expecting the headline.
'THREE GIRLS INTERCEPT LARVA MONSTERS AND THE DISAPPEAR WHEN THE AVENGERS SHOW UP!'
"Shit. Girls... Looks like we're the top story on the news. Shall we stay in for the next few weeks?!"
