(A/N: now we're going back to after chapter 27 and another warning these aren't really going to make sense together for Adrienne's P.O.V is still present between Bethany's and Deanna's. So when we skip back to one side [good or bad] it will be slightly differ to the previous chapter of that side. Some will join and that will be obvious but others won't. At the end it will all straighten out I promise but it's just so I can fit a lot of things in.)

{A few weeks later}

Deanna's P.O.V

"Touch me Hawk and I'll shot an arrow through your knee." I said keeping my eyes focused on the target in front of me. The string of my bow was pulled tight and my arrow was aimed dead centre. "Damn Beth was right, your hearing is good." He muttered.

"What do you expect? I rely on my hearing more." I replied letting the arrow fly and hit dead centre.

"But you use throwing knives and your an archer. Surely you use your eyes more." He replied as I turned to face him. I shook my head.

"I need glasses Clint so I've learnt to use my ears more." I said taking a seat on the floor.

"But you don't wear glasses" Clint stated confused.

"There are things called contact lenses Barton" I replied as he sat next to me. "I don't like people knowing about my need for glasses so I wear contacts to hid it. Anyway did you have a need for interrupting me?"

"Training" He simple replied grabbing my hands and pulling me to my feet and dragging to the training room where Natasha stood. Once inside Natasha grabbed me, spun me round and blind folded me.

"What are you doing?" I asked as someone took off my quiver and took my bow away.

"Training blind" Came a reply form Natasha, "Sometimes you'll be in the dark and will only have your hearing to rely on to help you survive and fight."

"And with what you told me about relying more on your hearing you should be fine but we need to enhance it to make sure it's up to our standard." Clint added.

"Says the guy who's partly deaf" I replied sarcastically. I face palmed. "Sorry" I replied downcast at my stupidity.

"You're fine" Clint replied, I walked towards his voice and wrapped my arms around him. He stiffened for a moment, I had came up behind him. "Right are you two ready to start?" Natasha's voice rang out. Nodding I let go of the archer and he lead me to the middle of the room.

"Attack but don't kill" Clint instructed before everything went silent. Listening carefully I heard small noises from my left so threw my arm up and blocked what felt like a kick to my head. Quickly I grabbed the persons leg and flipped them over. I heard a thud on the floor before another movement behind me.

Instantly I ducked and rolled out of the way before jumping up and dogging several punches being thrown at me. The air whistled as the punches were thrown and there was a thud every time I blocked them.

As the punches slacked I punched out and hit whoever it was in the head, making them groan and fall to the floor. Another person jumped on me from behind and began wrestling me to the ground. Growling I kicked them and heard a yelp.

They rolled off and Clint's voice said "Okay your done, you're good" His voice was a few octaves higher than normal. Pulling the blind fold off I giggled lightly. Natasha was cradling her head while Clint had his hands covering where the sun doesn't shine.

"Damn you know where to hit." The archer mumbled.

"You were heavy, making me assume you were a guy so go for the privates. Also the groan from Natasha when I punched her sounded very feminine. Plus I'm stronger now you guy have trained me." I grinned before jumping up and grabbing my quiver and bow.

"I'm going back to my room to change if that's okay? Are we done?" I asked. They nodded "Cool I'll see you guys later I'm going out once I'm changed. Also I suggest you go talk to Banner or a Doctor and get checked. Bye."

With that I skipped from the room and headed down to my bedroom. I smirked at my accomplishment but frowned when I recalled my chat with Clint. My glasses had been something I had always hidden and I'd just told a master assassin about them: well done dumb ass, well done.
