The wedding was today, and Camden could not be more thrilled. He had shaken awake his husband-to-be and they both got ready.
Teeth were brushed, faces were cleaned, toilet was used, now they just had to wait for their marriage officiant. Camden was starting to get nervous. His officiant was late.
"Sorry I was running a little late today, guys," the officiant busted into the kitchen.
"You're fine, Crux. Is everything ready?" The officiant nodded. "Everyone and everybody is ready to go. Just you two."
Alistair and Camden walked back to their room and hurriedly put on their suits.
Alistair was decked out in full Armani, but he didn't know that. He didn't really care what brand it was as long as it got him married. Camden however, was picky with his brands and chose Gucci for himself. He admired the cute little snake cufflinks that stood out in the black suit.
Camden finished dressing and stood behind his husband and brushed out the pretty locks, before brushing his own hair.
"Whar cologne would you like to wear today, darling?" Camden asked as he opened his cologne cabinet.
"The blue square one with the face on it." Camden nodded, pulling out Versace's Eros. "And what for me?" He wondered after spraying his husband.
"Put on the black one." Alistair brushed his husband-to-be's ear with his lips. Camden turned red, but obeyed, spraying Tom Ford's Black Orchid on himself.
"Now, are we ready?" Camden asked. Alistair hummed. "I'll get there first so you can have your bride walk thing." Camden lifted an eyebrow at that. "I am no bride, but yes, I would like the 'bride walk thing'."
Alistair kissed him on the cheek and left. Camden stared after him, joy making his heart pound deliriously.
Camden stiffened as the doorbell rang, and went to answer it.
"What are you doing here, Clyde?" Clyde stared down at his adopted son. "I am here to apologize. I don't want a bad relationship with you. I respect you, and I now respect you marrying that...nice young man."
Camden crosses his arms. "Thank you for your apology. I haven't forgiven you yet, but I'm sure I will some day. Now, walk me down the aisle."
Clyde grinned at him and presented his elbow, which Camden locked his arm into.
"I hear you're moving to New York. That's nice. Don't forget to call us, unless you want us to show up at random." Camden stifled a laugh at Clyde's whispers as the walked towards the arch, and towards his husband.
"I won't forget. Promise." Camden was now in front of his husband-to-be Clyde took his seat next to Lyra in the front row.
Crux smiled brightly and began the ceremony. He said his spiel and allowed Camden and Alistair to read each other their poetic declarations of love.
Camden exclaimed in delight as Cornflower trotted down the aisle with a tiny saddle strapped to his back, two ring boxes taped to it.
They took their respective rings and gave them to each other.
"Kiss your husband!" They obliged and Camden lunged and wrapped his arms around Alistair's neck, and gave him a deep kiss.
The guests cheered as Alistair pulled away from the kiss, and they held hands.
Camden and alistair led the guests to the tables further in the back, set up as two long tables, a short one and a small arch.
One long table sat the guests and the other sat all the food, the small table seating the husbands underneath the arch.
