Frodo Has now been in coma for two weeks. Grace is sitting on the right side of his bed holding his hand. "Please wake up Frodo" But only a short while after that Grace hear sounds from Frodo and she relaises that he is waking up. Grace laughs happily and turns to Gandalf who is sitting on the left side of Frodo's bed. "Gandalf? Is he waking up?" "It would appear so Grace" Grace just smiles.
Frodo starts waking up. "Where am i?" he asks. "You're in the house of Elrond. And it's 10 o'clock in the morning on October 24th if you wanna know" Grace smiles. Frodo finally opens his eyes and sees the wizard. "Gandalf" Gandalf smiles "Yes i'm here and you're lucky to be here too" "Hi Frodo" Grace finally blurts out. Frodo turns and smiles "Grace" Gandalf chuckles "Grace has not left your side" Grace smiles. Gandalf stands up "Well i'm gonna go so you guys can talk alone" Gandalf smiles at Grace before leaving.
Grace smiles "How you're feeling Frodo?" Frodo smiles "Better" Grace sighes "Good because there is something i have to tell you" Frodo nods "What is it?" Grace takes a deep breath.
"There is something i have been hiding from you for years. I just didn't have the gut to tell you and i thought it would be easier for you to not know but when i saw you dying from that blade i.. I knew that i couldn't live my life without you knowing the truth. And the truth is that i love you. I'm in love with you and it's fine if you don't feel the same way but i just wanted you to know"
Frodo smiles and squeezes Grace's hand so she looks up. "I love you Grace. You're my best friend and you're right i don't feel the same way. The reason is because i'm not attracted to women and i'm in love with someone else."
Grace looks at him shocked "You're into guys, You're gay?" Frodo chuckles "Yes" Grace chuckles "Who is the lucky man?" Frodo sighes "Please don't hate me" Grace smiles "I could never" Frodo sighes "Okay here we go. It's Sam" Grace is shocked "Wow i didn't expect that" "Yeah well he's in love with Rosie so" Grace smiles "It's okay and welcome to the unrequited love club" Frodo smiles and Grace pulls him into a hug. After a while Frodo pulls away "But we're still friends?" Grace smiles "Best friends. Always." Frodo chuckles "Good" Grace stands up "I will see you soon Frodo" and Grace leaves.
Yéreana was waiting by the gates of Rivendell for a friend who was arriving soon. Finally the Gates opens and there rides in her friend Boromir. He jumps off his horse. "Well isn't my dear friend Boromir" Boromir turns and smiles when he sees her. "Yélena. My dear friend" They both laughs and they hug. Boromir pulls away and they start walking "How are you and how's your lovely wife" Yéreana smiles "I'm very well and so is my wife who you hit on the first time you met her" Boromir laughs "I didn't think it was her. I thought she was out of your league" Yérana hits him in the arm "You're a jerk" "And your friend" She sighes "That too" They keep walking.
Galadhien was sitting down by the garden looking at the stars. When she felt a familiar presence behind her. She didn't need to turn to know who it was. "Are you still spying Legolas?" She turns and sees her friend and ex-lover and smiles. Legolas sits down beside her. "It's a long time since the last we saw eachother isn't?" Legolas smiles "It's" He strokes her hand "I missed you" Galadhien smiles and stands up. "Why did you stop writing to me?" Legolas sighes "I was stubborn and stupid. I'm sorry" Galadhien smiles "I forgive you but you should know i never forgot about you or us" Legolas smiles "I don't know that we the future hold and i'm scared" Legolas sighes "I know" Galadhien smiles "Just promise me. Don't leave me again" Legolas smiles "I can try" Galadhien smiles "Thank you. I will see you tomorrow. Goodnight Legolas." Galadhien leaves.
Elrond had summoned a council to talk about the one ring. In the council there were elves, Legolas, Galadhien, Yérena who is the only one of her kind, half-elf and half-wizard, Gandalf, some dwarfs, Gimli, some men, Boromir, Aragorn, Frodo and Grace because they were the two hobbits that started it all.
"Strangers from distant lands. Friends of old. You've been summoned here to answer the threat of Mordor. Middle-earth stands upon the brink of destruction, none can escape it! You will unite or you will fall. Each race is bound to this fate, this one doom." Elrond finished with his speech looks at Frodo.
"Bring forth the ring Frodo" Frodo stands up and walks up to the middle of the council and places the ring on the stone table.
Yérena sitting beside Boromir and hears him saying "It's a gift" and she just shakes her head because she knows how stupid he can be at times. Boromir starts to stand up and Yérena tries to stop him but he pulls away. "A gift to the foes of Mordor. Why not use this ring? Long has my father, the steward of Gondor kept the forces of Mordor at bay. By the blood of our people are your lands kept safe. Give Gondor the weapon of the enemy. Let us use it against him"
Aragorn looks at Yérena for help but she knows better than anyone that when Boromir has decided about something. It's hard to stop him. Aragorn sighes "You cannot wield it. None of us can. The one ring answers to Sauron alone. It has no other master." Boromir looks at Aragorn with anger in his yes and Yérena sighes. "And what would a ranger know of this matter?"
Galadhien stands up, tired of Boromir's bullshit. "This is no mere ranger. He is Aragorn, Son of Arathorn. You owe him your allegiance" Frodo, Grace and Boromir looks at him shocked. "Aragorn. This is isildur's heir" Boromir says while looking at Aragorn. Galadhien smirks "And the heir to the throne of Gondor" Aragorn sighes "Sit down, Galadhien" Galadhien sighes and sits down. Boromir walks back to his stool while looking at Aragorn "Gondor has no king, Gondor needs no king" Boromir sits down and looks at Yérena for approval but she just shakes her head "You're an idiot"
"Aragorn is right. We cannot use it" Gandalf tells them all. Elrond stands up from this chair "You have only one choice. The ring must be destroyed." Gimli stands up "What are we waiting for" he takes his axe and swings at the ring but that makes Gimli fly away and his axe being destroyed, the ring still intact. "The ring cannot be destroyed Gimli, Son of Gloin. By any craft that we here possess. The ring was made in the fires of Mount Doom. Only there can it be unmade. It must be taken deep into Mordor and cast back into the fiery chasm from whence it came. One of you must do this." The room goes silent.
Elves, Dwarfs and men etc. Starts fighting of who should do it. Grace sees Frodo looking at the ring she doesn't know what he's thinking. Frodo stands up and Grace just looks at him and whispers "Frodo what are you doing?" But Frodo continue.
"I will take it" No one listens "I will take it" until everyone starts fighting and looks at Frodo. "I will take the ring to Mordor" Grace stands up "I will go with you" Frodo smiles at her but looks back at the others. "Either way i don't know the way" Gandalf walks up to hem "I will help you bear this burden Frodo Baggins" Aragorn stands up "If by my life or death. I will protect you. You have my sword" Galadhien stands up and walks up to Frodo which shocks Elrond. "I saved you once and if i can i will do it again. You have my daggers" Legolas walks up "You have my bow" Gimli walks up "And my axe" Yérena smiles at Boromir before standing and walk up "You have my powers" Boromir sighes because he will never forgive himself if his best friend got hurt. "You carry the fates of all, little one" Yérena smiles at him.
"Hey" they hear someone shout and then they see Sam run up. "Mr. Frodo or my sister is not going anywhere without me" Both Frodo and Grace smiles. Elrond chuckles "No, it's indeed hardly possible to seperate you three even him and your sister is summoned to a secret council and you're not" not long after they hear "Hey we're coming too" and Merry and Pippin runs in. "You'll have to send us home in a sack to stop us" Elrond thinks loud "12 companions. So be it. You shall be the fellowship of the ring" Now the real adventure begins.
