I felt like I was always sitting on the couch waiting for someone now a days. I couldn't wait to see Sean. I had never felt like this about another human being before. He just made me forget everything. It was weird experiencing these feelings though. I had never been in love with someone before, nor had I ever said I loved someone, except for my family. A knock on my door shook me out of my thoughts. I opened the door to see Sean standing in front of me. A big smile was on his face as his hands were behind his back. He pulled me in close, holding me tight. God this felt so right. I wrapped my arms around him, resting my head on his shoulder. After a few minutes of silence, Sean walked in and sat on the couch. I made my way over to him, sitting next to him.
"Abby.."
"I'm sorry, Sean." I said, cutting him off. He nodded. "I should have never thrown all that on you. It literally broke my heart. I don't want you to see me as a monster, even though I kinda am."
"Abigail. Listen to me," he said, placing his hand on my cheek. He had never called me by my full name before. "I could never see you as a monster. You're beautiful inside and out. You mean a lot to me. I'm not going to let this ruin what we have." I looked at him.
"What exactly do we have, Sean?"
"I'll let you know, but can you answer some questions first?"
"Oh god, I'm being interrogated again," I giggled as Sean smiled.
"Did you want me to be one of your victims?" I looked at him then dropped my head in shame.
"At first, yes, but we had such an amazing time at the beach, I couldn't bring myself to do it. I felt some sort of connection from the beginning, but I've always been afraid of letting myself get close to someone. That's why I ended up going to the party with you, so I could find someone else."
"Have you killed anyone else since the night of the party?"
"No, I haven't even felt the urge after that. You help keep my mind off of it. Even when I thought I would never see you again, the urge never came back." He smiles as he listened to my answers.
"Abby," he said as he grabbed my hands. "I want us to be more than this. More than friends." I looked at him with a smile on my face.
"I want that to, sean. I know we haven't been hanging out for that long, but I want you in my life. You seriously bring out the best in me, literally." He smiled back, leaning in, he kissed me gently. I felt sparks fly. He stood up, grabbing my hand and leading me to the bedroom.

"Luis," I yelled across the department, motioning to come to my office.
"What's up, Leon?" I had files laid out across my desk. Stacks on paperwork on either side.
"Do you think we can try her?" Luis looked at me with a blank stare.
"Well, do you think we have enough evidence to convince the jury?" I looked through the files, looking at all the evidence.
"Well, we have her blog. I have her confession."
"Recorded?"
"No, but they'll believe a cop, right?"
"I think we'd be taking a risk, but if you think the jury will convict her than let's do it." I paused, thinking before I spoke.
"Luis, you'll have to get the attorney to sign on the warrant for her arrest, and you'll have to pick her up." He looked at me confused.
"Making me do the dirty work, huh?" He laughed.
"She made it very clear that she did not want me to come near her. She'll have to deal with it in court, but until then, I'll respect her wishes. Luis nodded and headed out.

"Stacy, good to see you. Thank you for meeting on such short notice."
"Luis, you know I can always make time for you." She smiled, waiting for me to give her details.
"I need a warrant for Abigail Telao's arrest."
"Is she the suspect in these murders?"
"Yes. We don't have a whole lot of evidence to go on, but Leon thinks we have enough to get a conviction."
"I'll sign it, but if this comes back to bite us in the ass, someone will be losing their job. We can not let a case like this ruin our reputations, got it?"
"Thanks Stacy. I'll do my best." I walked out of he office, warrant in hand.

I sat in front of Abby's apartment. There was another car parked in the lot.
"I'll feel like a real asshole of she has company," I said to myself. I got out of my car making my way up to her apartment. I took a deep breath as I stood in front of her door. I knocked. It felt like hours went by before she answered.
"Not you again, seriously?" She said when she realized who I was. I handed her the warrant.
"I have a warrant for you arrest, Abigail. This time, you'll be going to court."
"Fucking great," she said as someone stood up behind her. She turned around, letting me cuff her.
"Abby, what's going on?"
"I'm going to court, sean. Please be there for me."
"I will, don't worry."
"Abigail Telao, you're under arrest. Anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law. You have the right to an attorney."
"You better call that fucking attorney of mine."
"I will, let's go." I led her out to the car, setting her in the back.
