Kardashian's served!
TMZ can confirm that Kris, Courtney, Kim and Khloe Kardashian/Jenner with Ryan Seacrest were served papers this morning. It is reported that the youngest Kara Jenner who has now officially changed her last name, has served her mother and older sisters with Seacrest suing them for unlawful presentation of a minor and breech of contract (bullshit i just came up with) According to public record, Jenner is suing the five with breaking the contract that kept James off the show. Seven Months ago we broke the story that a 30 second clip was aired on Keeping up with the Kardashians. That showed the 17 year old singing in her room and following that addressing about Jenner in interview clips.

"Kara!" Mom yelled. I walked out and down the stairs as the movers were at work
"You're suing us?!" she screeched
"Yeah, yeah I am." I nodded "On please be careful with that it's frigile." I ask the movers as the comes down the stairs with my guitars
"Kara Louise Jenner!"
"Actually it's James now. Kara James. I warned you that if you used footage or spoke about me during the show I would sue you. I'm only doing as promised."
"You are playing a dangerous game." she pointed at me

"James vs Jenner/ Kardashian and Seacrest. Please stand." I stood up along with my lawyer as Judge Lucas entered and sat down. We were then given permission to sit.
"Do we have Kara James formally Jenner?" I stood
"Yes Your Honour." she nodded and I sat back down
"Do we have Kristen Jenner, Kourtney Kardashian, Kimberly Kardashian West , Khloe Kardashian and Ryan Seacrest?" the all stood on one side "Thank you." she looked over the paper work
"Ms James is filing a lawsuit against the named four members of her family and Mr Seacrest for Unlawful presentation of a minor and breech of contract is that correct?" My lawyer stood, Austin Creek.
"That is correct your honour."
"Continue." Judge Lucas nodded and Austin nodded
"Your Honour at the age of eight Ms James who was the Ms Jenner was one of a number of family members approached when filming the family's television show. My client told her parents that she was not interested and refused to be apart of the production. Ms Jenner and Mr Jenner who is now Ms Caitlyn Jenner accepted and production left my client out of it. six years later when Ms James asked her parents to make it officially and have a contract drawn up with the themselves and Mr Seacrest as executive producers that she would not and could not be filmed and any accidental footage captured during production to be used in her family show. For her want to be a private citizen as much as possible and lead as much as a normal life as possible" Austin offered the said contract for the judge to see.
"Your Honour we have proof that the defendants in question breeched that contract in more ways than one. We have witness that can attest that not only did they agree to film Ms James where possible and on purpose, but 30 second of footage was used on the show without Ms James permission."
"Okay. Ms James." I stood "I would like to know how and why you came the decision not to partake in your family's indenture."
"I want to be a part of law enforcement, your honour. It has been my dream for nearly eleven years now to gain a degree in criminal justice. I figured that would be hard to do if my face was plastered on billboards and over various about of streaming services and tv." I answered Judge Lucas nodded.
"You are almost 19 may I ask where you study?"
"Georgetown. I moved to Washington a month before term began. I am now studying Criminal Justice and Criminology. It is my hope to join the FBI." I smile proud of what I was doing
"You seem very proud." he looked over her glasses at me.
"I am your honour."
"Thank you. You may sit. Ms Jenner." she turned her attention to my Mom as I sat down and mom stood up.
"You and your family are well known celebrities. Most members of your family are involved with different adventures."
"That's correct."
"Your Youngest as stated just now is not the same way inclined. I have here in front of me a contract one of which has a signature in your name. Did you sign this?"
"I did." she nodded
"It also says that you and those who also signed agreed not to include the formal known Miss Kara Louise Jenner in anything to do with production of Keeping up with the Kardashians and any spin offs. You signed this when she was fifteen."
"Correct."
"Okay. Can I confirm that you all agreed and they are your signatures on the contract." The contract was handed over to the five and they all confirmed
"Mr Creak your further evidence that the defendant in question breeched contract and unlawful presentation of a minor." Austin looked at me and I nodded. He stood up and unleashed hell at them, witnesses, documents, video and the 30 second aired clip. They didn't have anything to stand on.
"Well, I must say. It has been a while since I have seen a clear cut case. I would give you a chance to counter but honestly you do not have anything to stand on. So in the matter of breech of contract and unlawful presentation of a minor Miss Kara James formally Jenner you are each fined 200,000 dollars in damages as wished. Ms James you have also filed for a restraining order against Kardashians and Ms Jenner. For the sake of your sanity and to hammer just how wrong they've been I will grant it and the petition in non consent images being published." she brought the guava down. I stood up as she left and I shook Austin's hand
"Kara how could you." Khloe asked
"Karma is a bitch. Later people." I smile holding up a peace sign for a moment, then leaving.
