Levi had been caring boxes around all day and was now laying in a rug enjoying the sunlight that entered through the window. There were footsteps and then there was a familiar voice which made Levi smile.
"Okay I think that's the last one" Eren said exhausted
Eren dropped a box on the floor and joined Levi on the rug.
"You comfy? 'Cause I think I just broke my back"
"Hey those were your boxes, just three were mine"
Eren thought he hurt Levi's feelings, money had always been an issue to him so he grabbed his chin gently and turned him so that they were facing each other and gave him a peck on the lips.
"Hey, I'm sorry..."
"It's fine, I used to keep everything in my leather bag, it was all I had. Now I have three times that, this place that doesn't smell like chinese and I have you. What else could I ask for?"
"We could ask Hanji for a raise, or maybe she'll give us a Christmas bonus it's just around the corner, then we could go on vacation, just me and you, maybe a pool, no clothes."
"You're getting greedy"
"It's enough for me if we keep this place clothing free"
"I think I liked you better as a virgin, now you're just a sex maniac" Levi joked
"Oh I'm not the one that suggested having sex in the bathroom at the restaurant"
"It was Hanji who got the idea in my head, remember?"
"Oh yes, drunk Levi is unforgettable"
Both Levi and Eren laughed then they stayed there for a while talking about everything and nothing just enjoying each other's company.
Working with Hanji was heavy from time to time but the pay was good and she was a great boss. Eren still hung out with Armin and befriended a raven girl named Mikasa, the three became inseparable. Levi on the other hand befriended Farlan and Isabel who liked Levi just as he was, quiet, sarcastic and fucking awesome.
NOTES: This is technically the end, I tried to make it emotional and brief, didn't want this story to turn into a Grey's Anatomy neverending situation. Let me know if you liked it :)
NEXT CHAPTER: It's going to be the next chapter but from Levi's perspective. I like recalling how things once were, makes you really appreciate the present (I think so).
