Fight

After the situation had been resolved, everyone had gathered in the meeting room. It wasn't Levi who asked us to go. But instead the rest of the Levi squad. And so that's how you ended up in a room with everyone who was present when Eren had accidentally transformed. Fortunately for you, it took some time to get there so upon walking in the situation you saw was quite different from what everyone else had seen.

(Eren POV)

"So what your basically saying is that you didn't mean to transform?"

"Yes sir" you say, adamant on putting your point across.

The rest of the Levi squad look at each other, nod all at the same time and bite their hands, leaving you stunned.

"Wha- WHAT ARE YOU ALL DOING?" You yell trying to get them to stop.

"Oh shit!" You suddenly hear the familiar voice of (Y/n), he must have just entered, "is this a Titan meeting or something, or are you all trying to see if you can do what Eren can? I have to admit you almost had me for a second there." He says wagging his finger as he takes a seat on the table.

"No (Y/n) you're just misinformed" Levi grunts on the opposite side of table to (Y/n).

"Aren't we all" he replies.

It surprised and yet didn't surprise you that (Y/n) and Levi were getting along pretty reasonably well, it kinda made you jealous to a point but nothing major. (Y/n) has skill and amazing talent. After you and your family adopted Mikasa, the neighbourhood bullies started to show up around that time. That's when you, Mikasa and Armin met (Y/n). He was in a sorry state, although at the time it was probably only Armin who could have guessed he was homeless. He stepped in and fought off all 3 of the bullies and strangely just walked away, of course we didn't let him leave after that.

(Flashback, still Eren POV)

"Wow! You just made all 3 of them run away!" You exclaimed, astonished by what the young dirty boy in front of you did.

He looked back at us and then turned again and started walking off. "Hey, where are you going?" You asked adamantly.

Once again turning back he said 3 words.

"For a nap"

And after that we didn't see him again until 2 weeks later. It wasn't actually me who met him this time. It was Mikasa. Apparently he'd stolen food from a market and was being chased, he took a sharp turn and then ran straight into Mikasa who was collecting fire wood for Mom. She recognised him instantly, as he tried to leave again, she stopped him and said to help her move the fire wood to the house. The look on your moms face when she saw him in the dirty state he was in. She offered to clean him and have him stay but he declined repeatedly. It was only when your dad came back that the young boy started to listen as he gave him a lecture on why he shouldn't be stealing and that living with us would be the better path. After more persuading from you and Mikasa, he started to open up more. We learned his name. (Y/n). He eventually started to live with us, even though no official adoption letters had been signed. Mikasa grew unusually fond of him after the first few months, and you saw him as another brother.

Times were peaceful then...until that fateful day.

But there is no use dwelling on the past.

Only place we need to dwell in is the present.

(End of flashback, Your POV)

"Look we made a judgement call today and it was wrong, think of this as our way of apologising" Gunther says ignoring you and the captains little talk.

"We have to be prepared to make split second decisions based on the information we have" shouts Ouro, still being high and mighty, it's no wonder you and him never see eye to eye.
