(Eren POV)

You feel like your body's being slowly crushed, you look down to see armin and mikasa running at your feet. "Wait where's (Y/n)" you think, but as if right on que he drops from the boulder and grapples onto it dangling right in your face. "Hey buddy just get to the gate, don't worry about anything else, I've got you covered" he says before pushing himself away using your face and grappling to a large 15m titan and spinning up its belly and around its back leaving marks there before hitting its nape. All in 3 second. "Damm he's so fast maybe faster than Levi, no that's not possible. Then again he holds his swords like he does as well" you think to yourself.

(Your POV)

After finishing that Titan, I saw ian about to get eaten by a Titan along with another elite soldier. You close your eyes and keep running, in hope that there in a better place as you block out there screams. Erens not far from the wall but there's a large abnormal on all fours blocking the path. Mikasa runs up to it preparing to kill it until elite solider Rico flys in shouting "GET OUT OF THE WAY" before stabbing it in the eye. You take the chance and grapple onto its wrist and using the spinning trick you severe it's whole hand off with a bit of bone on the end sticking out. It had fallen onto its side giving Mikasa the opportunity to strike the nape killing it.

With a few more steps and a almighty roar eren had smashed the boulder straight into the hole sealing it shut. A moment of relief fell over you. You can see rico with tears in her eyes as she says "the soldiers today did not die in vain, this is humanities first victory against the titans" her hand rises with the flare gun as she shoots a green shot of smoke into the air indicating we had won and the mission was successful.

Armin is busy dragging eren out of his Titan. "He's hot, no he's boiling we need to get him out of here now" he says frantically, you see mikasa draw her swords, "oh shit!" There are two large titans heading straight towards you. You run straight at one as it tries to grab you you slice all the way up its arm using the trick and finishing it with both your swords, one held backwards, slashing its nape clean off.

When falling you grappled onto the other titans nape and started spinning. You were almost there until the nape was slashed completely off by someone else. You stop by jabbing your sword in the titans back as it falls to the floor and the man lands on its head, he's small with serious eyes and black hair. No wait you've seen him before, before you met eren Mikasa and armin.

"Oi anyone want to explain to me what the hell im looking at" he says. No one responds until you break the silence. "I had that kill you know" you say walking up to him, he looks at you and then the way you hold your swords. "Who taught you to hold your swords like that" he asks gesturing towards them, "wouldn't you like to know" you say calmly.

"Tch I don't have time for this, your all coming with me"

(Timeskip)

You were on top of the wall with the man from before and the commander of the scout regiment, commander Erwin as well as rico. "Sorry we can't provide any more support to your forces" Erwin says "no we should be thanking you, if the scout regiment hadn't of shown up god knows what would of happened" says Rico.

"I see, good job Levi" Erwin says facing the small man, mind you, you have no right to call him small as he's only a few cm smaller than you. Suddenly you remember who he was, Levi. "Levi!" You shout quite randomly, "huh" he says as a form of response. "I know you, I've met you before" you say folding your arms. "Oh yea, and where might me and a brat like you of met" he says looking you dead in the eye.

"Back when you were a brat, if you get what I mean" you say, "you used to live in the underground, I know that I've fought you before" "how do you know about that!" He shouts.

"You were quite high on the crime list back then wonder what happened for you to get into the scouts" you say calmly. "When might me and you of met back then"

"You had attacked our gang to steal our odm gear, do you remember the boy who stopped you" you say sternly. His eyes widen as he remembers you from when he lived in the underground "To think that I'd ever meet you again" he says. There is a very tense atmosphere and you made it worse "wasn't just you though, we're the other two, you know the tall lad and that energetic girl who kept on calling you bro" he looks down a shadow covering his eyes, "tch" he grunts before walking past you bumping into your shoulder purposely.

You give off a confused look to Erwin. "It would appear you and Levi have some past issues... i would advise keeping away from the topic of the other two, they died on his first expedition outside of the walls." You realise that you had done wrong in what you said, can't believe there dead, they were good fighters you can remember that much. "Oh sorry sir, I had no idea!" You say bowing.

"I'm not the one you need to say sorry to am I" Erwin says sternly looking at Levi as he walks off into the distance.

(Timeskip levi POV)

Your in Erwin's office drinking tea, not the best but it'll suffice for now. "That damm brat!" You suddenly shout in a fit if frustration. "It has caught my attention that you can't stop thinking about that cadet" says Erwin coming into his office after hearing your outrage "what was his name?" "(Y/n), (Y/n) (L/n), I've had a run in with him before I joined the scouts, he was part of a gang and I say myself was a good fighter" you admittedly say.

"So I've seen, he achieved the fastest person to use a odm, he even beat your score" says Erwin "not to mention his act when the wall was breached and to retake Trost back" "plus the way he holds his swords, just like I do" you say.

There's a silence in the air.

"I'd like you to do one on one training with this cadet, take him into the scouts if you can, from what I'm seeing he can help humanity" Erwin asks.

"I knew that was coming, sure why not"
