I woke up to Scott shouting in the room next to mine. I flew out of bed, and ran into his room.

"Scott? What the heck happened?!" I exclaimed while grabbing his shoulder, try to steady him. He was out of breath for a moment and he looked up at me.

"I think I did something bad," he said. I looked down at his hands and realize he had smudges of blood on them. I quickly pulled him out of his bed and pushed him into the bathroom. My eyes were wide as our mom came through the door. I smile sheepishly.

"What happened?" She said, also out of breath. I shrug and point a thumb in the bathroom.

"I think he's going through a bowel movement. Nasty stuff," I mutter with a giant grin.

"Oh Jesus, Y/n. I did not need to know that," Mom groaned. I shrugged again, and she left. I hear Scott muttering to himself on the other side of the door, and I pull out my cell to call Stiles.

Lydia picked me up this morning, and we went to get coffee with Allison before school. Allison seemed a little nervous. I glanced from my phone to her.

"What's the matter?" I asked, sipping on an iced latte. She looked from Lydia to me, and I shook my head at her in confusion. She sighed.

"Are you sure it's okay that I'm dating your brother?" She asked. I raised my eyebrows and took a long sip from the latte. Lydia giggled, and I give her the side-eye.

"Girl, I really am happy my brother is dating you. You're a great influence on him. He's been so happy being around you. Don't ever worry about me. Except when you come over, then please worry about me so I can leave the building," I say with a big smile. Despite the whole werewolf-hunter thing. I think for a second. Allison blushes and I cringe. I still don't think I'll get used to that. I glance over at Lydia who's staring at me intently.

"So, what's new in the dating world for you, Lyds? How is your asshat of a boyfriend?" I asked. Allison snorted, and Lydia rolled her eyes at us.

"Well ladies, if you really must know. I'm very satisfied in our relationship." She stirred her coffee hesitantly and I sigh.

"He literally has a lower IQ than a hamster. I don't know how you, a whole genius, can stand it," I mutter. She pats my back.

"You say this while hanging out with Stiles all day. I don't want to hear it from you," Lydia states. I purse my lips, tapping my chin.

"You do have a fair point there," I grinned. Lydia rolled her eyes, and Allison shares a glance with her. I look between the two with expectant eyes. "What? What is it?" I asked. Lydia opens her mouth, and then Allison puts a hand on Lydia's. They look at me with patronizing eyes.

"You'll understand someday," they say in unison. I grimace at their words, and I check my phone.

"Oh shit! We're going to be very very late! Allison... I think my brother is looking for you," I say, and I drop a twenty on our table, busting out of the coffee shop.

We approached the school, and Lydia handed me a book. I glance down at the title: "Blind Love," I glance back up at Lydia. She's grinning at me.

"I think you should give this a read," she said. I raised an eyebrow, looking from her to the book.

"Why? This isn't really my kind of-"

"It absolutely is. You'll see," she said and left me at the door. I stood outside for a moment sipping my latte. I read a few pages, and after a seemingly short amount of time, I shoved the book in my bag. I walked into Chemistry quietly. Mr. Harris immediately acknowledged my late presence.
