"That's weird. Now, why are you in my room?" I asked impatiently. I stood up, throwing on a tshirt.

"Oh god- gross!" He groaned, walking out of the room. I rolled my eyes.

"This is still my own room, y'know?" I shouted, as I heard his door close. I saw our Mom pass by and go into his room. I heard them talking about yesterday and his break-up-that-definitely-was-a-break-up, but he's not acting like it. I slid on some pants and walked into the bathroom, pushing my hair out of my face. I was perfectly fine. No residual evidence from the previous night. Nothing physical aside from the small scratches on my hands. That was okay though, something to keep me grounded. Something to remind me that I wasn't fully losing my mind, only partially. Flashes of last night came back, and I remembered the look on Stiles' face. I groaned, covering my own face. I couldn't believe I handled it like that. I heard Mom and Scott arguing down the stairs, and I took this opportunity to grab my bag, wallet and book out of the window. I slid down the lattice and got a text from Mom.

"Want me to bring you to school, or no school?" It said. I hastily sent back a text.

"I'm good. Taking my bike, xo," I sent. I rode the way there, trying to figure out my plan for the day. My eyes burned with exhaustion, so I stopped by my favorite coffee shop. I texted Allison.

"Hey. Want me to get you anything from the Cafe?" I wrote. I waited ten minutes, but I heard nothing back. I sighed. Great. She was ignoring me now. I ordered a latte and a coffee with extra cream and sugar. I rode the rest of the way to school finishing the latte, and balancing the coffee on my lap. I pulled into the parking lot, and everyone else had entered the school. I groaned, as I knew I was going to be late. But, I had priorities, and coffee was number one. School was somewhere at the bottom of the list. I walked down the hall, and I saw Stiles talking to his father.

"Hey!" I said loudly, catching Stiles' attention. His father turned, and I smiled at him. I handed Stiles the coffee I got him. "How are you, Mr. Stilinski?" I asked. He nodded at me.

"I'm good, Y/n. You look much better. Don't you guys have a test?" He said. I shrugged.

"Maybe?" I said, looking at Stiles. He nodded, drinking his coffee. "We'll see you later," I said, and Stiles and I turned to walk to class. I looked at him. "Are you alright?" I asked. He looked at me for a moment.

"Yea, obviously shaken up from last night, but we always crush through everything. So, I'll be fine," he said, smiling. I gave him a relieved look, as he opened the door for me. I walked past Allison, and she didn't even look at me. I gave Stiles a tight smile and sat in front of him. Scott came in soon after, and he tried to say something to Allison. I cringed in embarrassment for him as Mr. Harris barked at him to sit down. He sat in front of me, giving Stiles and I the same tight smile I had.

"You have forty-five minutes to complete the test. Twenty-five percent of your grade can be earned right now simply by writing your name on the cover of the blue book. However, as happens every year, one of you will inexplicably fail to put your name on the cover, and I'll be left yet again questioning my decision to ever become a teacher. So, let's get the disappointment over with. Begin!" He said. I glanced down at the paper, flicking through it and within 8 minutes, I had it completed. I put a smiley face next to the name line. I looked at Scott for a second before I realized he was breathing heavily, like hyperventilating. I pat his shoulder, and he looks back at me panicked. I nod out the door, and we both step up at the same time, rushing out of the doors.

"Uh?! Y/n? Scott?!" He called. Stiles wrote one last thing on his paper and darted after us. "Mr. Stilinski!" Mr. Harris yelled after us. I race after Scott, as he runs into the guy's locker room. I groan at the choice in room, but follow anyway. Scott stands under the shower head, cold water racing down his head. I grab his shoulders, and he slides to the ground. I turn off the water that had soaked through my shirt. I grimaced.
