"Hey Ni, what are you doing?" I asked Niall as I reentered our hotel room. He held his hand up to me, gesturing to the phone pressed to his ear, indicating he was on the phone. He was sitting at the table, writing down on something.

"Yeah, yeah, so that's good right?" He asked, tapping his pen against the wooden table. "Yeah, we have it, I think Jenny does." He said while I sat on the bed and watched him curiously. "So we have a legitimate case, right?" Niall asked, looking over at me as he said that, obviously to gauge my reaction.

I gasped a little and shook my head at him. "No Niall! No." I hissed and he just smiled my way, appearing to be a little devious.

"So, I'll get back to you soon." Niall smiled over at me as he spoke. "Yes, thank you, you too." Niall said and hung up while I glared at him.

"Niall James Horan, what do you think you're doing?!" I asked him walking over to look at what he had written down but he hid it.

"No, I'm helping you and you're going to let me." Niall sternly said and I sighed and shook my head.

"Niall, I don't want to sue him, it's not right, even if he deserves it and I would just feel absolutely terrible." I said and sighed. Niall rolled his eyes at this.

"He totally deserves it and you shouldn't feel one bit terrible." He stood up and placed his hands on my hips, rubbing them gently with his thumb. "You've done nothing bad."

"I was rude to him." I pointed out.

"And? He was rude to you too." Niall replied and I sighed.

"Niall, no, I can't do this. I'm going to have to move home again anyways to get a job." I said to him and it was his turn to sigh.

"Nice joke." Niall said, walking over to the fridge and grabbing a bottle of water. "You're going nowhere." He said opening the cap and pressing the rim to his lips. "You're staying with me and that's it, we are not debating it and that's final." Niall stated.

"You can't make me stay Niall." I said as he gulped down the water.

"No, but I know for a fact you don't want to go." Niall responded.

"I know I don't want to go but it's not about wanting, it's more about needing." I replied and he shook his head.

"If you need a job, we will get you one." Niall firmly stated, twisting the cap back onto the bottle and placing it on the table. "If I can prevent it, you're going nowhere, I love you too much to let you go that easy and you know it."

"I know, but Niall, there is no way I am going to make money on tour with you, I need to go home and make substantial money. It's not that I want to leave you, because I don't but-"

"Then don't." Niall said as though it was that simple.

"Niall, I know you mean good in suing Michael in all but there's no point when I probably won't be here much longer." I said to him.

"Jenny, for fucks sake if you say that one more time, I will hit you." He sternly said but I knew he didn't mean it. Niall would never ever hit me.

"Sure you will." I rolled my eyes at him. "Go on, hit me then." I folded my arms.

"Fine, I will." He nodded.

"Go." I tried not to smile. He walked forward and lightly slapped my shoulder. It was so light I barely even felt it. "Ow." I said in a monotonic tone, pretending it hurt.

"Told you." He shrugged, biting his lip to stop himself from laughing, my expression was synonymous to his.

"Wow, you nearly knocked me out, it was too hard." I sarcastically said and he laughed.
