"Jenny." Louis shouted and I left Liam on his own, walking to the kitchen area where Louis was. "He won't come out for any of us so-"
"So? He definitely won't come out for me, he hates me." I finished for him.
"Can't you at least try?" He asked me and I felt Harry and Zayn's eyes on me as well.
"He wouldn't try for me." I said.
"Please?" He basically begged me. I sighed and rolled my eyes but knocked on the bathroom door, him smiling brightly at me. The other two boys left while Louis took a seat at the table.
"Niall, can you open the door?" I asked, looking back at Louis who give me a thumbs up. I heard some mumbles then a 'fuck off.' "Niall please." I begged. I heard some shuffling and he mumbled again, the door opened and he grabbed me and pulled me into the bathroom with him locking the door again afterwards.
It never occurred to me until then how small the bathroom really was. We were basically squashed in. Niall sat down on the closet toilet seat and looked up at me. I seen he had actually been crying.
"Why are you crying?" I asked him and he rubbed his forehead and sighed, looking down at the ground.
"I'm not crying." He defended though it wasn't a very good defense because he had tear stains on his cheeks.
"Yes, you are, why are you?" I asked him and he furrowed his eyebrows. It's funny because he is exactly like Joanna, they never want to admit that they're actually crying. He started furiously wiping his eyes.
"I'm not crying for fucks sake." He sighed.
"Niall, you are and it's nothing to be ashamed about." I said and started playing with his hair. His eyes fluttered closed at this action. "I see you like people playing with your hair." I giggled and he nodded.
"Yeah, I guess I do." He softly replied and opened his eyes, looking up at me. They sparkled in the light and my stomach did a somersault as we stared into each others eyes, but he quickly broke the contact and looked back down at his intertwined hands again.
"So, why were you crying?" I asked him and ran my fingers through his hair again. It's so soft and silky but fluffy, I love the feeling of it.
"I don't wanna talk about it." He mumbled. "But don't tell the boys I was crying." He muttered, twiddling with his bracelet. His cheeks were flushed a deep rose as he looked up at me again.
"I won't, I promise." I replied. "But don't you wanna talk about it and vent?" I asked him, leaning against the sink.
"I'd rather not revisit those places." He said, chuckling lightly, although his laugh was dry and lifeless.
"Is there anything I can do?" I asked him and he shook his head, sighing. Just as I was about to unlock the door he spoke.
"There- there is one thing." He stuttered and looked up at me.
"What?" I asked him.
"You could em.." He trailed off, blushing deeply. "Ah never mind it's stupid." He sighed and stood up.
"No, Niall, what is it?" I asked, putting my hands on his shoulders. His eyes darted from my eyes to the floor.
"I just um.. I just want a um.. hug." He said, his face bright red.
"Well, why didn't you just say?" I smiled at him and he awkwardly looked up at me.
"'Cause it's stupid." He said and I rolled my eyes and wrapped my arms around him. He did the same with me and held me tight. I felt a tear dripping onto my shoulder while we were hugging but I decided not to say anything.
