History/Quick backstory: Katya was stolen from her family (and by that I mean HYDRA killed her family while they slept and stole her away). She was taken straight to the base and they got to work setting her up as a Winter Soldier Program candidate. She would eventually be one of their test subjects for the Program, undergoing brainwashing to erase her memories. Much like Bucky Barnes, she fought their control for 70+ plus years until she finally deserted on a mission. She had been sent to kill the Avengers, but Bucky was the one who managed to break through the "Winter Soldier" control. There she joined SHIELD, helping to take down HYDRA and ensure she would never be the Winter Soldier again.
