Chapter 17.

A/n

I hate to give this part away but... If you are under 13 or are at all uncomfortable with scenes of rape or violence I suggest you do not read. I will have a short, less descriptive recap next chapter for those of you who decide not to read this.

"Can we talk about this in another room?" she begged.

Gavin just nodded looking like he was going to be sick.

I watched them leave, feeling something hot and wet run down my face. I wiped it away angrily. I shouldn't feel sorry for him.

Andy and I ate the rest of our dinner and cleaned up. Gavin and Lacey still hadn't shown up from the living room.

"You should um, go check on them" I said quietly twisting my fingers nervously.

"Right" Andy said with a swift nod.

He turned and walked away coming back a few minutes later with Gavin and Lacey trailing behind.

"We are going to go out somewhere more private to discuss. If my mom calls please tell her the reason I'm out is important" Gavin said running his fingers through his already tousled hair.

The look on his face screamed pain and it broke my own heart to look at him this way.

"Of course" I said only wanting to give him a hug.

Lacey and he walked out and a few minutes after I heard the car pulls out.

"I'm going to bed okay? I'm just really upset and tired" I whispered.

"I'll be downstairs if you need me buttercup" Andy said kissing my forehead lightly.

I rushed up the steps putting on my pjs a tank top and shorts and brushed put my waves.

Sighing I laid back in my bed and tried to get some rest. I heard a light crash downstairs and turned over quickly.

Then I laughed. Andy was always such a klutz... I stared at the ceiling for a little while longer, waiting to sleep to come to me.

A tall skinny figure entered my room. "Gavin?" I asked. I felt so bad.

"Actually Skylar" the voice said.

A chill ran up my spin. "Oh hey" I whispered shakily. He sat on my bed, crawling close to me.

"Get out" I whispered just before he pinned me down lips crashing to mine. I tried to scream but he just stopped kissing and laughed.

"No use baby, Andy is out for the count" he smirked.

"No, is he okay?" please please let Andy be okay I begged in my head.

"Are we going to have to do this the hard way or the easy way?" he asked his eyes running up and down me body.

"Get off; when Gavin gets back he'll kick your ass and you'll get in trouble with the cops. Don't think I wouldn't call them unless you left now you little-" i was cut off by him punching me in the face.

"Shut the hell up" he said slowly. "For someone as hot as you you're annoying and I see it's going to be the hard way. Couldn't you just go for me and get this over with like the other girls?" he said rambling to himself.

"Now where were we?" he said diving back down against my lips that I refused to move. His hands trailed down to my shirts starting to pull them down before rethinking his plan and pulling at my top.

I screamed into his mouth. Gavin please come home. Please. I punched and fought against him but it was no use he was much stronger.

I felt utterly defeated. I had never been so scared in my life. I lay limp on the bed as his hands trailed all over me.

I tried to shove him off once more but he bent my fingers back until I felt something pop out. I screamed out in pain, I was about to pass out.

"Gwen?" someone called. My eyes blinked open and I screamed again. I couldn't get help out but at least they would know.

Footsteps thumped up the stairs quickly and Skylar swore punching me again in the face. I felt blood trickle down from my nose and my left eye threatens to swell shut.

My lights flicked on and Skylar tried to get up.

"Oh my god" Gavin said. "You little prick. I never liked you. I told you to be careful. Next time I even suspected you touched her wrong I was going to beat the living shyt out of you!" Gavin raged coming at him and starting a fight.

Skylar quickly dodged Gavin's first punch but was hit square in the jaw by his second more unexpected one. He cried out in pain as Gavin kneed him in the stomach sending him flying towards my dresser. His head banged the corner and he yelped before slouching down holding the back of his head.

"Call in the far guards" Gavin said calmly.

I scrambled out of bed my shirts down a little lower than normal thankfully he hadn't gotten further down there but I had a sheet wrapped around my bare chest. I grabbed my phone and pressed one signaling all the guards surrounding our house to swarm to my location. I quickly threw on my sweatshirt and crossed my arms over my chest.

Looking over at Skylar who was out cold I started crying. He almost raped me. If Gavin hadn't... My face fell in my hands and I sobbed as I sunk towards the floor. Strong arms pulled me back up as the guards rushed in.

Gavin was holding on to me so tight I thought I would burst but I needed it.

"Andy!" I said still crying.

"It's okay ma'am the paramedics are on their way." said one of the guards hand cuffing Skylar.

"Shh" Gavin hummed as I sobbed into his shoulder. His hands moved slowly up and down my back soothing me.

"If you want we can have you talk to the police tomorrow, take this night to rest we have the video camera evidence" said another guard.

"Thank you" Gavin said never letting me go.

"Also I have just been notified Andy was taken to the hospital. He is just knocked out and should be fine aside from done wicked bruises. The doctors asked that you didn't visit until tomorrow morning" said a different guard looking at his phone.

Gavin nodded looking business-like. "thanks you, could you call our parents and notify them that we are fine I would appreciate that, tell them we will call in the morning because it's pretty late, thank you and good night" he said nodding as each agent walked by.

I couldn't help but keep crying I felt so violated. So... Hurt. Gavin continued to hold me.
