Devin and I were going to a dinner with our friends. Right now he was changing. We were going to celebrate him making it to the second round in the playoffs. I am wearing this

And he was wearing this

"Baby" I heard him shout. "Yes" I said. "Are you ready?" He asked. "Yeah let me just put my heels on"

I laced them up and went downstairs. "Bab-" I heard him say before he turned around. He looked amazed. "Wow you look beautiful baby" he said coming over. "Thank you. You look handsome" I said. "You ready to go" he asked. I nodded my head. He grabbed my hand and led me to the car. He opened the door for me. He got in the car and we were on our way. Once we got there, there was a lot of paparazzi. He grabbed my hand. "Babe just grab my hand and stand on the opposite side of me" he said. "Ok" I said. He got out and raced to my door. He helped me out. The paparazzi swarmed us in seconds but we made it inside. Once we were inside we met with our friends. We sat at a table. We were laughing and talking while enjoying delicious food.

1 hour later

"Y/n you look beautiful in that dress" my friend Dominic complemented. "Thank you" I said. I then felt Devins nails gripping my thigh tightly. I looked over at him and saw his jaw clenched. He looked at me with a mad expression. "Guys y/n and I are gonna get going" he said grabbing my hand. I was confused but got up. "Bye everyone" I said. They all waved. "Babe why are we leaving" I asked. "Because I saw how Dominic was looking at you" he said opening the door for me. I rolled my eyes. "Devin he only complemented me. There's nothing wrong with that" I said. "What do you mean there's nothing fucking wrong with that?! He has a girlfriend. And your mine so yeah there is a problem" he said. "Babe I get that but do you not understand that he said that in a nice manner. You need to calm down it's not that serious" I said. He looked over at me with a death glare. "Look don't fucken tell me to calm down" he said. I rolled myself my eyes and closed my eyes. I'm tired and just want to go to sleep. Once we got to our driveway I took my heels off. We walked into the house. I was walking upstairs but he yanked my hand back. "Yo what the fuck is wrong with you" I asked. "No nothing but let me tell you something when you think there isn't a problem when theres clearly a problem" he asked. "Let me ask you something do you like him?" He asked. "DEVIN ARMANI BOOKER where is this coming from!" I asked. "You know what it's not even worth it! I'm gonna go take a shower because this stupid ass argument is over!" I said walking upstairs. He rolled his eyes. I took the dress off and got in the shower. I think dev is jealous! I mean I like Dominic as a friend and that's it. Once I was done I got out and changed.

I passed his gaming room and saw he was in there. He just looked back at his monitor. I went into the kitchen and got some water. I went upstairs and passed his gaming room and he just gave me a glare. I rolled my eyes. He needs to chill

2 hours later
I was laying in bed when he came in. I got up to go to the other room. He grabbed my hand and pulled me back. "Where you going" he asked. "To the other room" I said. "Why?" He asked taking his shirt off. "Because you really pissed me off" I said grabbing my stuff. He came over to my side of the bed. "Devin look you either let me go or you can go" I said. "Look why are you the one mad I'm the one that should be mad" he said grabbing me by my neck. He gave me a kiss. "Now go to bed" he said. I pushed his hand away. I got under the covers. He came over to his side. I closed my eyes and went to sleep.

I woke up and saw it was 8:30. I looked over at Devins side and saw he was still asleep. I got up and went to the bathroom and did my business. I washed my hands and brushed my teeth. I went back and grabbed my phone. I went downstairs and into the backyard. I sat by the pool. He overreacted last night over something that was so small. I got on my phone when I got a call from my best friend Jennifer. "Good morning bitch" she said. "Heyyy" I said. "Girl my nigga has been mad because someone complemented my dress" she said. "Bitch same! He was mad because Dominic said I looked beautiful" I said. "Well for me it was Danny but there's nothing wrong with that" she said. "Like it's not that serious, there's no point to argue" I said. I then looked up at out balcony and saw Devin looking at me. He had no shirt on and just some grey Nike shorts. He motioned me to come. I nodded my head no. He devil smiled and walked off. "So it's Friday how about we go to the club tonight" she said. "Yesss. And it's time to turn up-" my phone was then snatched away. "Hey Jenn so y/n has to go she'll call you later byeee" he said. He the put my phone in his pocket. "Devinnnn" I said. "What? I told you to go and you were to busy on the phone so let's go talk" he said. I huffed and followed him. We went to our room. I sat down on the made bed. "I just want to know why you were so upset last night" I said standing up to change. "Because your mine" he said. "Baby and I know but he just meant  it to be nice" I said. He rolled his eyes. "Babe but I want to be the only man to tell you that" he said. "Dev, baby I don't want anyone that's not you. And your the only only Person that when you call me beautiful you make me feel special" I said walking towards him. He looked down at me with a smile. "Don't be scared to lose me because I'm not going nowhere" I said bringing him down for a kiss. He gave me a long kiss. "I love you and only have eyes on you" I said letting him know. "Look I'm sorry mamas. I just overreacted when I heard another man call you that. I just felt jealous because your mine" he said. "And I don't want that to change at all. Because your my girl" he said. I smiled. "I promise bubba im your girl" I said. I love him 🤍
