ADELAIDE MONROE and Rodrick Heffley weren't not secretive of anything. They were friends, she tutored him, he barely listened, he "flirted", and she did nothing about it.
That's how they and their relationship worked.
Then high school started. Things changed. People's emotions change.
It was a dare by some of Rodrick's friends. Some stupid dare to get Rodrick to actually get him into this stupid relationship with a girl who he actually cared about, a girl who he actually liked.
But who's to say that things would actually go Rodrick's way.

○ as of right now (june 1st, 2021) i am not focusing on the first movie as it has little to no rodrick but you'll get a back story cause i'm cool (and you should follow me cause i'm just that cool ((someone vouch))

○ this is a children's book/movie with children playing them (at the time). i do not see why i would write smut in this story. other authors can do what they want and that's fine. no swearing also (unless it coming from me in the authors notes at the end of the chapters)
○ i'm a person and i make mistakes. it's fine to call me out of my spelling as i will most likely laugh but please do not be rude i have feeling also :)
