donghyuck did go back to 127's dorm late midnight, and of course, doyoung found out about this, causing donghyuck to receive a nag from doyoung and his other hyungs when he woke up. which he doesn't understand why, he's an adult now, right? why does his hyungs always go protective mode about this? 

brushing the thought off, his phone rang that is placed causing him to slightly flinch on his bed at the unexpected sound.

he's the only one inside their dorm right now. his hyung s told him they're going somewhere but they're not going to take that long so he did not ask any further, he's now alone inside his room while laying down on his bed, watching netflix on his big flat screen tv which he bought just a few weeks ago.

"hello? jaemin?" haechan started, when he picked up the call.

"haechan-ah!" the younger replied and donghyuck heard a small squeal from the other line, "have you eaten? also where are you right now?" jaemin asked.

reaching for the remote on the bedside table, donghyuck quickly paused the drama he's watching and gave all his attention on the call, "i just did! and i'm here in our dorm, why?"

"well our manager just announced that we're going to have our comeback now," the younger proceeds, "and we also received the schedules for the comeback."

donghyuck released a surprised noise, "woah, really?!" the older male exclaimed, he's finally going to spend more time with the dreamies, he thought.

"manager-nim also mentioned that you and mark are going to be roommates for this whole period." jaemin plainly said, but if you look closely he actually has a huge smirk on his face right now.

the younger's statement made donghyuck halts on his position, his mouth started to form an 'o' couldn't really tell if the younger is telling the truth or just he's just messing around.

when he didn't hear the older from the other line, jaemin knew exactly what the older's reaction is, "not a bad idea, don't you think?"

finally snapping from his thoughts, jaemin's question just now sank inside his head and came to a realization, "jaemin can you not."

"oh shut it," jaemin argues back, "i know you're going to enjoy this if you know what i mean."

being roommates with mark? of course, he will. he'll finally give the older lots of hugs and kisses since their bed are close to each other now, and maybe do more than that—

jaemin and his not so holy thoughts—and him too, "i'm hanging up—"

"wait! i was joking!" the younger quickly adds, "damn laugh a little." both of them released small laughs from different lines.

after this, both of them just talked more about their schedules and also shared how excited they are to finally have a comeback together. eventually, jaemin told donghyuck that he was about to go and same as the older, "do you have anything to do after this?" jaemin asked.

donghyuck thought for a second, "i'm not really sure, actually."

"oh then," jaemin chuckles, and thought that donghyuck might be watching a drama that he's been so obsessed with—which is penthouse—and you can say him too, "i'll hang up now, don't think too weirdly about you and mark hyung being roommates, okay?"

donghyuck makes a face, "what do you mea—" he didn't even get to finish his sentence when he heard his phone beeps, signaling that the call finally ended, "this bitch, i swear."
