Vrishali had finished her touch-ups when Padmanabh knocked on her door and entered the room. He landed against the door frame and crossed his arms. His eyes met hers in the mirror, taking a minute to check her outfit and makeup. Vrishali winked when Padmanabh let out a sigh. "How will you handle it when I dress up for every occasion?"

"Like you are the best thing that ever happened to me and admire even when you get sick of it." Vrishali winked after saying, "I ain't gonna sick hearing your compliments. I'm gonna live for them."

Padmanabh chuckled but continued staring at her. She wore a cute black skirt, stockings, and a thick woven brown sweater. "Do you like dressing up?"

"I love dressing up. That's the reason why I joined fashion designing. I fell in love with clothes and knew what I wanted to become if nothing worked out."

"Do you make your clothes?" He had seen Vrishali work on some ethnic pieces, but he wasn't sure if she wore them. "Yes! You see this skirt. I made this one, and yesterday's halter dress was the one I designed for myself. I got three dresses that I designed for this trip." Padmanabh's gaze went to the skirt.

"That's wonderful, and the skirt looks pretty on you." Vrishali twirled slowly to show him better. "Wow." Letting out a laugh, she turned to the mirror to finish her makeup. Padmanabh had planned a special dinner for her. They spent the day walking around the museums of Paris. He loved every walking moment of the day spent with her.

They returned in the evening after having a coffee at a local cafe. He asked Vrishali to get ready for dinner, and he mentioned that he would take her to a special place. So, Vrishali did her best to prepare as it would count as a date.

The lively atmosphere did something to Vrishali. She smiled brightly, taking in the ambience and energy. "Do you like this?"

"Like this? I love it! I didn't even know we could dine here." Her happiness was everywhere. Padmanabh squeezed her hand before pulling the chair out for her. "Thank you." Patting her head once, Padmanabh took his seat across her.

The server took their orders, and Padmanabh suggested something off the menu. Vrishali couldn't bring herself to decide on something off the menu. It was confusing, and she didn't want to mess with her orders. She regrets having to eat something she wouldn't be able to enjoy. Thankfully, Padmanabh was well-versed in French cuisine, and he knew about her preferences.

Vrishali clinked her glass with Padmanabh's before taking a sip and savoring the taste of red wine on her tongue. "Hmm, this tastes good." Padmanabh nodded in agreement. Vrishali noticed that Padmanabh isn't a wine guy. As Vrishali enjoys wine, Padmanabh started drinking with her.

Le Jules Verne— The restaurant that Padmanabh brought them to is breathtaking. The tables were reserved months ago, and she had no idea how Padmanabh could make the reservation quickly.
