Chapter 15

Present time

Seth's POV:

I opened my eyes and I thought I saw Jason out of the window, grinning at me. He waved at me and was slowly walking up to the building. My eyes went wide and I was trying not to panic. I looked around to see if I could find my swords and I saw them but my swords were by the door so I would have to get up. I took a deep breath and I got up really fast trying to ignore the pain but it was worse than I thought. I screamed out of pain and Crystal and Allison ran into the room. Fuck it! I got up and I was breathing heavily. "Seth! What are you doing! Your wounds will reopen!" Allison yelled at me, trying to get me to lay back down. "Allison is right Seth! You just woke up and you still need to recover!" Crystal said, trying to help Allison. "He's here! He's fucking here! He's at the window! I have to kill him so let me go!" I said trying to reach for my swords but the pain is getting worse. Allison and Crystal looked at the window and then looked back at me. "Seth, no one is there..." Allison said, with a worried expression on her face. "Seth, look at the window and then lay back down." Crystal said, still trying to make me lay back down. I looked out the window and I was shocked. He wasn't there anymore. I started shaking my head. "I swear he was here! I'm fucking crazy he was definitely there!" I said, finally getting out of Crystal's and Allison's grip. I grabbed my swords and ran out of the room. I finally got outside and Crystal and Allison followed me. "Seth! You're not crazy please come back inside!" Allison said, walking up to me slowly. I heard something, pulled out a throwing knife and threw the knife in the direction where the noise was. 

"Okay so someone isn't a fan of watermelon, good to know." Avery said, coming out of a bush with a watermelon. I saw that my throwing knife landed on the watermelon. Rachel and Sasha came out after Avery and they were shocked to see me outside ready to fight someone. "Seth! What the fuck are you doing! You guys are supposed to make sure she is resting!" Avery yelled at Crystal and Allison. "We tried but she said that she saw Jason at the window!" Crystal yelled back at her. "Okay Seth, put your sword and knife away and let's go back inside okay." Rachel said, walking up to me slowly. I glanced back and I saw Allison walking up to me slowly again. I pointed my sword and knife at Allison and Rachel. Both of them backed up a bit. "Don't come closer! I know what I saw! He's fucking here!" I said, glaring at them. "Seth, please listen to them. We're not saying that we don't believe you, but if he's here we will be here with you. Fighting alongside you, I know you want revenge for Brook, but you're not ready to fight him yet. If you fight him right now, we will lose you. We almost lost you once, we don't want to lose you again so please. Go back inside and rest." Avery said, struggling to pull out the knife out of the watermelon. 

I put away my sword and knife. I signed and took another deep breath. I walked up to Avery and pulled out my knife out of the watermelon. Avery smiled at me and started to walk into the building with Sasha. I put away my throwing knife and Allison and Rachel helped me walk back into the building. We walked into the rest that I was resting and they helped me lay back down and Crystal started to check my wounds right away. Allison looked away and her face was red. Rachel pulled out more bandages and I noticed Rachel's collarbone is wrapped up. "What happened to your collarbone?." I said, confused. "Don't worry about it Seth, I will tell you later okay." Rachel said, handing Crystal the bandages. "Now don't move Seth, one of your wounds reopened so I have to stitch them again and clean your wounds as well." Crystal said, grabbing a stitching needle and thread. I shook my head because this will be more painful than cleaning the wounds. Allison sat down next to me and held onto my hand. I looked at her and she was smiling at me. Why would she smile at me when I pointed a knife at her? "Seth, I forgive you for pointing a knife at me, it's kind of our thing at this point." She laughed a bit. "When Crystal starts stitching you up, I want you to squeeze my hand alright." She said, squeezing my hand softly. I nodded and looked at Crystal. "Okay Seth are you ready?" Crystal said, looking at me. Rachel walked up to me and held me down to make sure I wouldn't move. I nodded at Crystal and took a deep breath. Crystal started the stitching process. I squeezed Allison's hand hard and Rachel is holding me down the best she could. I was trying so hard not to scream and I was sweating a lot while breathing heavily. "Okay Seth, I'm done now I need to clean your wounds." Crystal said, pulling out the rubbing alcohol.
