So........ I am posting this so you guys wouldn't hate me. YUp, just being straight about this. (although I have no idea what my sexuality is cus I have never had a crush before).
I very very much support the LGBTQIA community. They are wonderful people and should be treated and represented as such.
so... my point is that media right now, especially published books, doesn't have a lot of LGBTQIA representation! Sure, the Rick Riordan universe might have a ton, there are still some things I have to address. Like the fact that I have never read a single book with a protagonist who is Asexual! Think about it, have you ever read a book with the main character being just Asexual and the plot not revolving around LGBTQIA and their sexuality?
I haven't. (In fact, I haven't read a single book with an Asexual main character at all.)
That's why I will be making Percy Jackson in my fanfictions Asexual. (please don't hate me Percabeth shippers, I promise this will be still good.) I will also be making Annabeth Bisexual cus there truly aren't enough cannon Lebian couples in our books. (don't worry, I'll make it as fluffy as possible, don't kill me, please.)
The reason for this arrangement very clearly said in the paragraph before because there truly isn't enough representation in works of literature. (cough cough J.K Rowling pairing almost everyone with someone of opposite gender in her works)
So...... now you know why, and please don't hate on me.
Also, if I get any of the things wrong, please correct me. I want to keep it as accurate as possible.
