I am going to be taking part in the #NoMoreBullying campaign.
Bullying is something that affects most people and it is a really horrible experience no matter how you deal with it. We hear every year about young people and teens who feel that they can’t deal with bullies anymore and take drastic measure.
If you are being bullied yourself or you know someone who is being bullied tell someone that you think can help. Sometimes telling an adult or teacher is the last thing that you want to do but do tell someone; even if it’s just a friend. If you know someone who is being bullied help stop it - don’t just stand by and let it go on, because one day you might be facing it yourself and you would want people to help. Face up to the bully just being with the person and showing you support and help. If people see you standing up against bullying they will join you.
