☆Chapter 6: Bonding

"A boy?" Honey looked at Nana. "What boy?"

"His name Danny," she smiled. "He's nice and cute. He doesn't hate me at all."

"I see," 11 years old having a crush on a boy, cute. "Well you keep talking to him, it doesn't matter what your brother says."

"Thanks," she smiled ran off. Young love in the air. She forgot to ask where this Danny boy lives. She'll ask her later. For now, she has to meet Hades. He had messaged her, and she was happy about it. Smiling, Honey made her way toward the river.

When she got there, he was already there. In his wolf form. Honey could barely see him; his fur was dark it blends in with the darkness. Not sure she wanted to approach him since it's his wolf the one that hates her.

'I can smell you!' He said. His wolf Aides.

She sat on the edge of the river staring at him. Aides looked angry.

"Can you shift back?" She asked. "I don't want you. You are a mean wolf."

'I'll shift when I want to!' He yelled at her.

"You're stubborn," she said. "You don't like me at all."

'Your a vampire,' he said. 'We don't mix.'

"That's not what- well never mind," she said. "Shift back."

He growled and shifted back. Hades looked at her now. With confusion.

"Are you ever going to tell me that story?" He asked.

"As I said, when the time is right," she smiled.

"Fine," he sighed. "So my nephew likes a girl that's from your people."

"Does he now?" She tilts her head. "Who does he like?"

"A girl, name Nana," he said. She stopped pacing and looked at him. "What?"

"Nana," she smiled. "Danny is your nephew name?"

"Yeah," he frowned.

"I see, young love," Honey said. "They like each other."

"Oh," Hades smiled. "But some don't agree with it."

"It doesn't matter," she said.

"Alright," he smiled. "Now can you stop moving around."

"No," she said. "I can't stay still. It's a habit; I need to move around."

"I see," he chuckled. "Go into town I'll meet you there."

"Nah, why don't I go over there," she said. She jumped onto a rock, that's in the middle of the river.

"Don't," he said. Honey sighed. "Let's go to town."

"Fine you win," she said and ran. Maybe she should have waited for Hades. 

Hades groaned she seemed to be faster than him. But wolfs are faster. Honey being faster than him, it's not possible.

'You are lousy,' Aides said. 'Letting yourself be bewitched, by a vampire. That is what happening. You are slowly being taken over by her.'

'You should be happy,' Hades said. 'You were the one complaining about not having your soulmate. Now that we have her you are rejecting her. Just because she is a vampire, doesn't mean that you have to reject her. She could've had rejected us. But she didn't, she accepted us. And we are going to accept her like it or not. I will mate with her.'

'You wouldn't dare,' Aides said.

'Watch me,' Hades said and blocked him.

He made it the park, where she sat on the bench. He looked around. There was barely anyone there. Just a few teens were playing basketball. He smiled and walked over to her holding a bag of chips and some drinks. He had stopped by the store to buy some snacks.
