'You don't talk to me!' Hades yelled.

'What isn't that what you wanted, for us to have a bond,' Aides said. 'Or are you mad I made her scream more than you.'

'Shut up, I'm blocking you,' Hades said.

Hades blocked him. It can't be happening to him. He ultimately took control of her and blocked him out. And when Hades took controlled, he woke up to Honey all scratched up. He had apologized to her and all. But she got dressed and left. He, later on, woke up in bed. He doesn't know if Honey okay or not. It was two in the morning when Aides allow him to take control and let Honey go. It pains him to know that Aides did that too her.

"So Hades," Hades looked at Salome. He had told her everything. "Give Aides sometimes; he'll come around. I mean he won't be able to avoid Honey. He mated with her. Which by the way isn't a nice image."

"Yeah," he sighed. "What can I do?"

"What your heart says," she said. "Not what anyone says, and not what Aides said. Ignore him."

"Oh I am ignoring him, and blocking him," Hades said. "I need to call mom."

"Okay," Salome stood up. "Remember only what your heart tells you."

"Thanks," Hades said and dialed his mother phone. Salome smiled and left. His mother answered on the third ring.

"What's wrong?" His mother immediately said.

"I found my mate mom," he said. And she squeals.

"Woman, you're going to bust my eardrums!" That was his father. "What you squealing about put it on speaker." Oh no no. Well if Hades doesn't tell him, and he will find out from someone else. It will never be the end of it. So Hade's guess, he'll say it. "Son."

"Hey dad," Hades sighed. "So I found my mate, but there's a problem."

"She's human," his father said. "You need to explain to her carefully."

"No she's not human, nor a wolf," he said. "She's a" Hades took a deep breath. "A vampire."

He heard someone choking. Oh, crap, who else is there. He waited for them to say something. Maybe it was a bad idea.

"Hades, a vampire?" His mother asked.

"Yes, and I love her," he said. "I already marked her and mated with her. And my stupid wolf doesn't like her, but mated with her don't ask how he did it. Cause I rather not say it."

"Oh dear," his mother giggled. "It's wonderful; it's time our kind and them mix."

"I don't approve, but I'll give it a chance," his father said. "Just for you."

"Dang little brother!" Kaden, he knew it was him. "Already mated, and soon kids."

"No kids," he said. "Not like you all, I'm taking precaution. I am taking all sorts of protection."

"That's good son," his mother said. "Oh hey wait ah."

"Uncle Hades!" Hades pulled the phone away from his ear. "When are you coming to see us!" The twins.

"When I can, now pass me, my mom," Hades said.

"Sorry, I'm taking care of Zach's kids while he and Eleanor are out," no wonder his father sounded a bit annoyed. Having two twins plus their kid in the house. It's chaos.

"Oh," Hades sighed. "So mom, here's the thing. Honey loves me and all, but over here I don't think they like each other. I mean both sides don't like each other. And Aides, his worse."

"Well don't listen to him," his mother said. "He's grumpy, he always been."

"Yeah," he groaned. "I don't know what I will do if I lose Honey. I'm already too deeply in love with her."

"Do what you need to do," she said. "She's your mate."

"Yeah doesn't screw it up," his father said. "Now where did they go." Hades heard giggles and screaming.

"If you need anything, we're here for you," she said. "Now if you excuse me, I have to help your father."

"Okay, love you, mom," he said.

"Love you too," he said and hanged up.

Setting his phone down, he fell back. Groaning Hades rubbed the back of his head. He looked at Honey.

"Honey?" She looked at him. "What are you doing here?"

"Need to talk to you," she said.

"About?" He asked. She got up and flopped on the bed.

"My family knows about us, and my father doesn't approve," she said. "He forbids me to see you."

"He can't do that," Hades said. "I won't let him."

'I'm glad someone's on my side,' Aides said.

"I don't know what to do," she said. "My father thinks the past is repeating itself."

"Past?" He frowned. She grabbed his pillow and cuddled it.

"My ancestors," she said. "Edward and Mary."

"And they are?" He asked. "I mean their history."

"Remember it told you about this vampire finding his mate, who thought she was human, but she wasn't?" Honey pulled him down. He nodded. Honey sighed it was time to tell him everything. If Hades knows the past, they can figure a way out.

"Are you going to tell me?" Hades asked her. She nod. "Go ahead I'll listen."

"Well you see, that person is Edward Valdez. He was a nice man, with lots of ideas. He wanted to make a difference in the world. Starting with wolfs, he wanted to make peace and live together in harmony. He was gaining it, but then met a female. At first, he thought she was human because she never showed signs of being anything but human." Hades held her close. She was happy to be held by him. She sighed and continue. "Well, he then discovers she was a wolf." She looked at him. "But they both didn't care. They were in love. There love is what kept them going. But like every love story, there's a cache." She took the picture from her pocket and handed it to him. He unfolded it; it was a picture of a woman and a man. The man looked a lot like Honey, so did the woman. "That's Edward, and that's Mary"

"They look like you," Hades said.

Honey didn't know how he will react. But she has to tell him. She doesn't want any secrets between them both. Not anymore. "I know, it's because," she took a deep breath. "Because he's my father, they are my parents," she said.

"What?" He looked at her confused. She had a lot of explaining to do. Taking a deep breath, she exhaled and began to tell her past.
