☆Chapter 19: Lovers Separated

"Argh!" Salome screamed.

Honey backed way. She was furious. It wasn't a good idea. They had arrived in the morning since it was late last night even to bring Danny. Nana was feeling bad, crying. Saying she didn't mean it. Which in truth, she didn't mean to hurt Danny. Now here Honey was with Hades. And her father, telling Salome what had happened. And she was angry.

"How could you let this happen?!" She was yelling at Hades. "Why didn't you tell me, Danny liked a girl. A vampire girl!"

"Because it wasn't my secret, it was Danny's," Hades said. "He was afraid you would forbid him to see her."

"I wouldn't deny my kids love, ever," Salome said. "Now, look his hurt!"

"It was an accident," Honey said. "It was my fault for leaving them alone." Honey backed way. The way Salome looked at her, said she'd kill her.

"The boy will heal," Vlad said. "And let's be thankful it wasn't anything worse. And believe me, it won't happen again. I'll be sure to send Nana away. It's best to keep them separate for the time being. The girl is devastated." Now that's cruel. But Honey won't argue with him.

"Fine," Salome said. "It's for the best." She walked inside. Sebastian just groaned.

"Sorry for her rudeness," Sebastian said. "The whole baby thing has her on edge."

"It's fine," Vlad said. "Lolita, let's go." Oh no. Her father only calls her by the second name, when he's angry.

Honey hugged Hade's and kissed his cheek. "Talk to you later," she said. He simply nodded. She waved and followed her father. She will be getting a lecture.

Hades sighed. "Salome is furious, isn't she?" Hades looked at Sebastian.

"Yes," Sebastian hand him hands through his hair. "It will take awhile for her to cool off. So before you even speak to her. Wait a little longer."

"I will," Hades said.

"I didn't know Danny liked that girl," Sebastian went inside, and Hades followed him to the kitchen.

"He didn't want to tell you," Hades said. "Becasue of how Salome reacted right now."

"Salome won't deny anything," Sebastian said. "She would never take there love away. She's upset that Danny got hurt."

"I understand," Hades grabbed a glass cup and poured some orange soda. "But if Danny had told her about Nana sooner. And this happened, Salome would still react the same. And now Nana is being sent away. It's not fair is it."

"No, it's not," Sebastian said. "Danny will be devasted. It's isn't fair. If we don't do something, Danny will look at us like we betrayed him or something. I get why he goes to you when he has a problem. You seem to understand him better."

"Well yeah," Hades took a sip of his drink. "I don't judge him. And I tell him he can be and love anyone he wants."

Sebastian sighed. "I feel like we failed as parents to him."

"Nah," Hades grabbed an orange and began to peel it. "You didn't fail. You need to learn how to deal with him. Sti down and talk to him. Tell him about his day."

"Yes we will do that," Sebastian said. "Now I have to go deal with some stuff. I'll talk to you later."

"Alright," Hades smiled. He wonders what Honey is going through right now.

Honey was worried about what her father will tell her. Once they arrived, he went into boss mode.

"It could've had been worse!" Someone yelled at her father could speak. He frowned and walked into the dining area. There Nana's father was yelling at her. And beating her. Honey went to stop him, but her father beat her to it.
