Honey sat up when the door opened. And Carter walked in dragging Hades. "Hades?!" She went to him. Carter got him too. Why did Hades come alone? Couldn't he wait for the rest? She cradles his head in his lap. He had a cut on his forehead.
"Your little boyfriend thought he could outsmart me," Carter said.
"You didn't have to hit him too hard," she said.
"Oh well," she sighed and wiped the blood from Hade's forehead. He stirs and rolled over facing her stomach. And she felt movement. The baby was kicking away. And that woke him up.
"Ah, Hades," she ran her hand through his hair.
"Honey," he groaned.
"It's okay," she said. Carter laughed.
"Your one tough dude," Carter said. "But too bad, this will be your last time seeing her." Hades sat up.
"Over my dead body will I let you take her," Hades said.
"Okay," Carter said. "Fine by me, you're better off dead than alive. But not now, I'll let you two be on tour own for a little bit. Oh and, don't try to move so much. Silver does affect you." Hades winced at the shackles around his ankle. Carter left them.
Hades held her not bothering with the shackle. It was her fault. Maybe she shouldn't have gotten close to him. She should've had taken the rejection. But she was excited about it.
"You alright?" He asked. He checked her.
"I'm fine," she smiled and kissed him. He kissed her back and kissed her belly. She smiled.
"I'll get you to of here, I promise," he said.
"I know," she leaned against him.
"Has he at least fed you?" She nodded.
"He let me shower and use the bathroom," she said. "With the door open."
"That bastard," Hades held her closer. He kept rubbing her belly; it seems to soothe their child.
They stayed in the room for hours. Carter didn't come back, but they could hear him out there. The rain didn't seem to want to stop. She's glad Hades was here with her. But she's terrified. Terrify Carter would kill him, and she doesn't want that. She laid down resting her head on his lap. He leaned down and kissed her cheek.
"Change of plans, I'll keep you alive until the baby is born," Carter said coming in. "You'll take the baby once it born and leave. Honey will be staying with me. Or I'll kill her."
"Screw you!" Hades spat.
"If you know what's good for you, and for them, you'll do it," Carter said and left. To be separated from her child was a big no.
"Don't worry, I won't let him," Hades said. "Even if I die, I don't care, as long as your alright."
"Don't say that," Honey said. "I don't want you to die."
Honey sat up and sat on his lap, kissing him; she wanted to feel his touch. Hades kissed her back, holding her closer. He kept wincing once in a while. The chain kept on hurting him. She wanted to take the pain away. Though this wasn't the place to do that.
"It will be okay," Hades said. She nods, knowing it's true. Though theirs always that but.
"Hey what happen to your arm?" She looked at his arm. It was bruised and had bite marks.
"Got attack by a dog, some humans were hunting," he said. "They gave me directions to here."
"Oh," she sighed and leaned against him. "I want to go home."
How long will they wait? Apparently, until Honey gives birth, she didn't want to give birth here. In this ugly nasty place. She hopes the others find them and soon. Honey knows her father, both her fathers will save them. Hopefully this time, they'll kill Carter. Alive, he will only be dangerous. She rather his death.
"Honey relax okay," she tried to relax. All these thoughts in her head kept her from resting. They're all the place.
"Hades if we get out of this," she said. "Let's move."
"To where?" He asked.
"To your home," she said. "Your birthplace."
"Alright," Hades smiled.
"Well after my mother awakes," Honey smiled.
Honey hopes her mother wakes up soon. She wants her to meet her grandkids. And so on. Closing her eyes, she was finally able to relax. But woke back up, and it was morning already. Well, she thought it was, it seems to be cloudy still. Hades was laying beside her asleep. She cuddles closer to him, feeling safe. But not for long.
"Here brought you some food," Hades immediately got up and held her close. "Yeah hold her all you want. Soon you won't have her."
Hades growled. Carter only laughed and left. Hades grabbed the bag of food. He checked it.
"Eat," he said.
"You eat too," she said. Hades nodded.
And an hour later Carter came in with two males. They were buff. "Alright Hades," Carter knelt down. "If you want your girlfriend. You'll have to do some things for them."
"Like what?" Hades asked.
"Fight," Carter said. "Dogfight. You're a wolf, so yeah. Don't worry you'll be fighting other wolf's." That's horrible. "If you win, all the fights, then I'll let her go." Honey shook her head.
"Don't do it Hades," she said.
'We'll do it!' Aides said.
It's the first time Honey hears him speak. She means Aides; he hasn't said a word since yesterday.
"Good, your first fight is tonight," Carter said. And they left.
"Hades no!" Honey said. "I won't let you do this."
"I will do anything, just to get you free," he said. Honey hugged him. She doesn't want him to fight. He could get killed.
Please stay alive.
Hades sighed and stood up. Honey had finally fallen asleep. And it was good that she was sleeping. He didn't want her to see him go. She will try to stop him.
A fight. Wolfs being forced to fight. That is awful. He will make sure to stop it after he gets Honey home.
He waited for Carter to come and get him. And when he did, Hades glared. "Don't you dare touch her."
"I won't," Carter grinned. "If you win this fight, I promise I won't touch her. But if you fail, then there will be consequences."
"I will win," Hades said. "So let's go." Carter nod and lead him out.
He will win them all, for Honey and the baby's sake. He shifted once they had arrived at the warehouse it's where the fight will be at, and he was placed on a chain to hold him back.
His first opponent was a young wolf. He was barely a teen. Not even an adult. These bastards will pay for what they are doing.
'But we have no choice but to obey,' Aides said. 'We have to take him down. Even if it pains us.'
'I know,' Hades sighed. 'Let's do this, and pray that the others will come to find us.'
Hades will win, he has to win no matter what or who he was fighting.
