After getting some amazing head from Marco and taking a shower with him, you two joined the rest of your friends downstairs.
The plan for the day was to get breakfast at one of the many cafés in the amusement park, then go on a few more rides before hitting the road again.
"Saw you coming out of Marco's room this morning. Have any fun?" Ace quietly snickered next to you.
"That's none of your business yoi." Marco glared at his younger brother having caught what he said. The blond was holding your hand as your group weaved through the early morning crowd.
Luckily the càfe you went to wasn't that busy and were able to get a table for all nine of you.
"Is it really a good idea to eat before going on rides?" Killer questioned as he looked over the menu.
"Definitely not." Law replied, he settled with just getting a coffee.
"Who cares? I'm hungry!" Luffy was practically bouncing in his seat as he waited for the waiter to come take all of your orders.
"Not much of an appetite this morning?" Robin commented when she saw Marco only ordered a salad.
"I already ate yoi." Marco smirked down at you. Your cheeks lit up like the forth of July at your boyfriend's comment. Of course some others at the table caught onto the innuendo.
"Was it a good meal?" Kid gave you a sly once over.
"You really don't need to know that yoi." Marco glared at Kid, not liking how the male was checking you out.
"I knew I heard something." Ace whispered under his breath, his words reaching your ears since he was sitting next to you.
I knew someone would hear.
After a light breakfast and your friends trying to find out more about your's and Marco's bedroom activities, you all headed out to enjoy some rides.
Law and Killer were right about eating before going on the rides. You didn't puke this time, thankfully. But Kid sure did and all over a poor worker too. After that Marco decided it was best to hit the road, especially since Alabaster was about six hours away.
The drive was pretty quiet, Marco was driving with you sitting next to him. Robin was silently reading her book next to you. After barfing up his breakfast, Kid was pretty tired, the red head was sleeping next to his blond friend.
Killer and Law were the only ones awake in the back, everyone else was catching up on some sleep. You were suprised Luffy was asleep, the boy had eaten so much sugary pancakes for breakfast that you expected him to be bouncing off the walls of the van.
You spent your time softly chatting with Marco. Most of it was you laughing at the blond whenever he got stuck behind a 'slower the hell driver' as he put it.
The scenery around you changed drastically. It went from thickets of trees and green grass to barren desert in what felt like minutes.
Marco had to role down the windows as there was no AC in the van, but all you guys got was hot air blowing in.
"Damn, we should have rented a better van yoi." Marco grumbled as he rolled the window up a bit, the warm air from outside wasn't helping to cool any of you down. But it was still better then roasting in the pink van.
"Agreed." You took a sip from your water bottle, glad that you had filled it up before you left.
All of a sudden a hissing sound came from the van, grey smoke came flowing out of the engine.
"That can't be good yoi." Marco pulled the van over to the side of the road, he turned the car of and hopped out of the van. "Pop the hood."
You reached over finding the lever for the hood and giving it a few tugs before the hood opened. You blond boyfriend was met with a face full of smoke. You leaned over your seat and nudged Killer on the shoulder.
"Hmm, what is?" Killer mumbled, he'd just dozed off not too long ago.
"I think the car is broken." You said as looked back at the billows of smoke.
"I'll check it out." The shaggy blond got up and opened the back doors. With the sudden flood of light the others started to wake up.
"Are we there?" Zoro asked as he peaked out the door.
"Nope and don't wander anywhere." You told your directionally challenged friend.
"There seems to be a problem with our engine." Robin spoke up, she didn't seem none to worried about the situation. You couldn't really say the same for yourself, being stranded in the dessert didn't seem like much fun to you. You were just glad that there were two mechanics in your group.
"Well the good news is Killer says he can fix it. The bad news is it'll take awhile yoi." Marco said as he came back into the van.
So now here you all were, huddled in the shade of the van while Killer and Kid fixed it. You could here a lot of grumbling and swears coming from Kid.
"How much longer?" Luffy whined, his cheeks were flushed red and his black locks clung to the sides of his head from sweat.
"I don't know, ask Kid or something." Ace mumbled, the freckled goon had taken his shirt off sometime ago to try and combat the heat.
You had all done an outfit change to try and stay cool, it didn't help much in this dessert heat though.
"Kid how much longer?" Luffy shouted much too tired to get up and move.
"It'll be done when it's fucking done!" Kid shouted back.
"I hope that's soon." You lazily leaned your head on Marco's shoulder. You had changed into a crop top and shorts, but still sweat clung to your body. Your water wasn't helping you cool down either, it had become warm sometime ago and was slowly starting to evaporate in your bottle.
This must be how hot hell is.
"Who decided it'd be fun to come to the dessert anyways?" Zoro asked, the moss head had stayed next to the van the whole time. The heat must have been too hot for him to walk around and get lost.
"I did." Ace raised his arm.
"I hate you Ace-ya." Law grumbled as he changed your bandages. This time around it hurt a bit, your sweat had caused the bandages to stick to your body like glue.
"I kind of regret my choice now." Ace sighed, he leaned his head against the van then slumped onto the ground.
"Ace?" You shot up accidentally causing Law to knick your arm. It hurt but you didn't care as you rushed over to your friend.
"Ace you okay yoi?" Marco asked as he sat his brother up. Ace didn't respond his head just flopping to the side and his eyes remaining closed. "He's burning up yoi."
"Most be heat exhaustion." Law said as he came to check on your friend.
You got up and went to the front of the van to see if it was fixed enough for you guys to get to a nearby town.
"Look if you're here to tell us to hurry up then the answer-"
"Ace just passed out." You cut Kid off before he could start being a smart-ass.
"We can go in five." Killer said, you nodded and went to go tell the others.
Law had grabbed one of the water bottles and was pouring the water over Ace. It wasn't much but hopefully it would help him cool down a bit.
"We can leave in five minutes." You told everyone, Marco easily picked up his younger brother up and placed him in the van. You were about to get in the driver's seat seeing as Marco was sticking to his brother, but you were stopped by Law. "What is it? I'm gonna drive us to the nearest town."
"Get Robin-ya or Killer-ya to do it, your arm is bleeding." Law pointed down to your arm, the pain you had felt when you moved to help Ace was Law accidentally pulling on one of your stitches.
You nodded tossing the keys to Robin, she started up the van as soon as Kid closed the hood.
Hopefully we find a town soon.
