Right now we are at the beach to play volleyball. I and Jeremy are paired together. While Natalie and Vaughn are together. She is really a bit too touchy with him.
"Aveliene we are going to win this", Jeremy said with enthusiasm. To which I nodded.
"No Jeremy me and Vaughn are going to win this ,right Vaughn?" Natalie said in a flirting tone and hold his arm. Can't she see that I am also here. Vaughn glanced at me then turned to Natalie and spoke-"Of course Natalie, afterall I always win", he said with a smirk.

We all took our positions. The ball was in Jeremy's hand. "So let the game began" Jeremy said and served the ball over the net towards Vaughn. Who immediately threw it back. We all continuously threw the ball back and forth, neither of us willing to lose. The atmosphere was charged with energy.
Some tourist were also enjoying our game and some were cheering too.
It was fun until Natalie suddenly threw or I say attacked me by throwing the ball at my face, I tried to stop it but it hit my shoulder in the process. I winced in pain and fell on the ground while she made an innocent face.
"Oops sorry ", she said, although I didn't miss the wicked look she gave me.
Jeremy was about to come near me. When instantly I was picked up in a bridal style by a pair of muscular arms. I looked up and was met by those oceanic orbs which had captivated me since the first meet.
But this time they were not cold but full of concern.
He took me to a bench and put me there. "Are you okay?", he asked with worry. I would have smiled at his concern for only if I was not hitted hard by a ball.
"Yea-yeah I am fine", I said although the pain was still there but having him close to me makes me forget everything.
"Aveliene are you okay?", Jeremy instantly came and stood beside me. His face was full of worry.
"I am fine Jeremy", I said as he passed me the bottle of water.
"Sorry Aveliene I just missed it. It wasn't my intention", Natalie said with fake regret as she stood next to Vaughn. I felt my blood boiled.
"Its okay, I am fine", I said through gritted teeth and stood up.
"So Vaughn lets continue the game then", she said in a flirting tone, Vaughn was about to reply but I cut him off.
"Vaughn can we go back, I want to rest", I said and felt Natalie glaring at me. There you go Slut.
Vaughn nodded as we both took our leave from Jeremy and Natalie and went towards the beach house.
