Grindelwald called the hospital and tried his best explaining what was wrong with his wife in the best Muggle way he could. He told Sarah's doctor that Sarah had an eye condition which meant that she had to have some very powerful medication which was unsuitable for her while being pregnant. The doctor agreed to have Sarah come in and be assessed ASAP. Sarah, Grindelwald and Felix went to the hospital together as taking Mildred would be slightly awkward as she was a tiny elf like creature.

Once they arrived at the hospital all 3 of them were rushed straight into the maternity unit of the hospital and were told to wait for Sarah's doctor in his office. After about 4 minutes, the doctor came in. The doctor was quite confused why 2 men were there.

"Erm, who is this man?" The doctor asked Felix.

"His a family friend..." Sarah said.

"It's not really appropriate for him to be here, is he related to you?"

Grindelwald lied and said yes so the doctor stopped asking questions.

"Alright so, what you the reason for your eye sight problem?"

"I was sprayed in the eyes with..." Sarah made up a random reason for her sight issue. "Coca Cola...Strange I know but it was an accident."

Grindelwald and Felix stared at Sarah.

"Who put Coca Cola in your eye?" Asked the doctor now looking worried.

"A friend of mines child...His only 3. He said sorry after but the point is I need these babies out now so can I have them out now?" Sarah was beginning to get irritated with the doctor.

"And what medication are you needed to take which is unsubtle for pregnant women?"

Grindelwald sighed.

"Oh erm..." Sarah said trying to make up a medication name.

While Sarah wasn't looking, Grindelwald whipped out his wand from his sleeve and used the Imperious on the doctor. Grindelwald walked over to the man and said that he must do whatever it takes to get these babies out of Sarah as soon as possible. The man did what he was told and wrote something down in his notebook and left the room. They assumed that he was going to book a hospital room for Sarah to have her baby in.

The 3 wizards looked at each other and said nothing.

"Please do not expect me to watch these babies being born, Sarah." Said Felix looking pale. "I have seen my own children be born and I wouldn't like to see it again."

Sarah squeezed his hand and whispered, "Don't worry Felix."

After a few more minutes the doctor returned with a nurse who had a wheelchair and gown for Sarah to wear.

"This is nurse Vicky, She needs to take Sarah to her room and prepare her for labour, you men must wait here until I tell you otherwise." Said the doctor.

Sarah stood up and was taken in a wheelchair to a nearby hospital room. The room had white walls, floors and ceilings. There was only a bed and a chair in the room. There was also a big window and a toilet connected to the room.

Sarah was given her hospital gown and told to only keep her underwear on underneath it. After Sarah got changed she sat in her bed and waited for the boys to be sent in to visit her. After a couple minutes the nurse, doctor and 2 men came to Sarah's room.

"Ok Sarah, so now you are prepped for birth I now need to touch your tummy and inject you with a  labour inducing drug."

"Alright."

The doctor put his fingers on Sarah's tummy and pushed into it to feel the babies. He then injected Sarah with a labour inducing drug. Once he did that it didn't take long until Sarah started contracting but she was far from giving birth.

"I'm going to leave for a while but Nurse Vicky will come back into the room every 15 minutes until you have any proper contractions. Do you have any questions for now?"

"Yes." Said Grindelwald. "How long will this take, my life needs her...eyes medication soon."

"Yes but I need to wait for her contractions to get more frequent before we can do anything."

"And how long could that take?" Asked Sarah.

"It takes 8 hours on average but if it's your second pregnancy it might be quicker, also you are having 3 rather than 1 so the chances are that after a while the babies will get impatient and push themselves out after a few hours. I'll see you 3 later." The doctor said then left with the nurse.

Sarah looked at Grindelwald and Felix.

"What if this isn't quick enough, what if something bad happens, what if when I give birth to them I don't see them either like Gellert's ern."

"Don't think like that baby. Think positive."

"Yes, be positive." Added Felix.

"I just want it to be ok. Every time something in our life is happy it always quickly ends and turns to unhappiness. I hope these babies bring good luck to us."

"So do I." Grindelwald said as he grabbed Sarah's left hand and held it.

After a few hours of contractions the contractions started getting worse. It had now been 4 hours and Sarah started sweating a lot more and crying a lot more. At once point Grindelwald had to run and get Nurse Vicky for help to calm Sarah a little. Nurse Vicky gave Sarah some Entonox which was a type of pain relief for her. This helped Sarah a lot. Nurse Vicky left the room again and told Grindelwald that if the contractions get any worse call her back to the room again.

After a further 2 hours the contractions got worse again and this time Sarah was screaming so loud that Nurse Vicky heard her from the other end of the corridor. She came rushing in and asked what was wrong.

"Have they got worse?" She asked.

"Yes, much worse, the Entonox won't work anymore." Sarah said out of breath.

"Ok, let me see."

The nurse checked Sarah's tummy and checked her areas to see if she could see anything but she couldn't.

"I can tell that your waters have fully broken now which means that the babies will be coming soon but not quite yet."

"How much longer?" Asked Felix.

"Maybe a couple more hours...We'll see. I'll go and update your doctor and see what he has to say on your progress." The nurse said and left the room.

"Gellert, I'm scared."

"Don't be, you've done this before, remember?"

"Yes but that was 70 years ago. Things were different then, I didn't have this luxury, I didn't have Entonox back then, I just lived with the pain."

"But back then you did it alone, now you have me and Felix."

"I guess, although, when it actually comes down to giving birth to these triplets, I don't want you 2 in here."

"Why?" Asked Felix.

"Cause Felix, you are a boy who doesn't need to see my private areas while I push a baby out and Gellert, I don't want you to have nightmares over it all."

"But I want to see them come out, all 3 of them." Said Gellert.

"But it's a lot of screaming and blood and yucky stuff, you wouldn't like that, I know you've probably seen blood and stuff all before but it's different like this, trust me."

"Fine, but I'll wait right outside the door and stare at you through the windows and as soon as they are all out I'll come in a hold them."

"Fine. But Felix, I want you to stay outside."

"Fine, I don't want to see lady private parts."

After a further 3 hours which was 9 hours in total. This was when the labour got really painful for Sarah...
