Other than that? Enjoy!

"Samu..."

The quiet voice of his brother reached him through the phone sending a course of fear though out his body.

"Tsumu? What's wrong?  Hey.. HEY! WHYRE YA CRYING?"

Osamu panicked when he heard a soft sob ripple from his crying twin.

"Samu... he... he's not getting better and... and I don't know what to do..."

Atsumu cried as his grip on his phone tightened. His body shook as he sobbed into the phone. Osamu felt helpless, only being able to listen to his brother's crying while he stood in his kitchen, a halfway done onigiri sitting on the counter in front of him. He wanted to just run to his brother, hug him and tell him that everything was going to be alright, but yet he couldn't.

"Hey Tsumu... he'll be okay. Alright? He'll be okay." The younger twin whispered into the phone, trying desperately to calm his brother's nerves. Osamu had never heard Atsumu cry this badly since the day their father died and needless to say, it broke his heart to hear it again, even over the phone.

"Samu I don't know what to do!" Atsumu cried between sobs that racked through his body, causing him to collapse onto the clinically white floor, resting his forehead on the wall. Tears littered his pants as they flowed down his face, his features scrunched up in pain and hurt. "Samu... he's not gonna be alright!!" The blonde continued to cry as his brother ran out of his shop in a hurry, haphazardly pronouncing on of his employees in charge, all while trying desperately to calm down his sobbing brother. Osamu sped his way to the hospital where he knew his brother was at, never leaving the call as he continued talking to his brother, trying to console him. The grey haired twin sent a quick text to his husband before stepping out of the car and ran off to find his brother who was crying in the middle of a hallway.

"TSUMU." Osamu called out when he caught sight of his brother. Atsumu turned to the voice and Osamu could hear his own heart shatter. He looked worse than he'd ever imagined.

Dried tear tracks painted his face as new ones were created by the never ending stream of tears. Blonde hair stuck out in every direction and stuck to his sticky forehead, presumably due to Atsumu's nervous habit of scrunching his hair in his hands. His T-shirt was messy and crumpled while spots of drying tears littered his jeans. Atsumu looked so small as he sat on the floor, head to the cold wall, shivering and shaking in fear. He looked like a kicked puppy and Osamu only felt the instinct to hold him and comfort him, promising his brother a warm and safe future no matter what, and he was ready to do whatever it took to ensure that.

Without a second thought, the shop owner rush over and engulfed his crying twin in a warm embrace, his arms coming to wrap snug around the blonde's shaking form. He didn't care that his shirt was getting soaked his snot and tears as his brother clawed at him, sobbing while his body shaked violently.

Soon after, Atsumu and Osamu felt another source of weight to which they flinched and looked up to see Sunarin. The verdelite eyed male simply kept his eyes down, not meeting the twins' gaze as he hugged them, providing a comfortable blanket of warmth.

"Mr Sakusa?" A soft voice lingered in hallway as Atsumu lifted his eyes to the nurse who had just walked out of the ward where his husband was situated in. She was a petite woman, about 154cm, her uniform neat and straighter, hair bunned up and pinned back neatly into a hair net. An A4 sized clipboard rest in the crook of her arm where her forearm and brachium met at the joint, a sheet that looked like a checklist clipped onto it. "You can go in now." She smiled softly at him before walking away, leaving them alone. Atsumu rushed into the ward when his brother and his best friend removed themselves from him, immediately collapsing beside his husband's bed, shocking him and sending him into a panic as he watched the blonde cry.

"Tsumu?" Panic was evident in the tired raven's deep voice as his eyes widened at the sight. He reached a hand out to his husband and cupped the side of his face, gently lifting it up to carefully inspect him for any possible reason why he was crying. "Hey. What's wrong? Are you in pain? Anything hurts? Did you fall?" Kiyoomi nervously rambled on ad Atsumu's tears continued flowing. The raven sat up and immediately his husband jumped up and hugged him. Atsumu cried into his shoulder as Kiyoomi ran a comforting hand through his hair. "Hey Love, what's wrong?" Kiyoomi whispered as he planted a kiss onto Atsumu's tear stained cheek. "Yer not okay..." Atsumu mumbled when he finally calmed down.

Osamu and Sunarin stood by the door way and looked at the couple. Kiyoomi looked terrible. Worse than they had ever imagined. His cheeks were sunken, he looked paler than usual, multiple tubes were connected to his arm as dark circles formed under his eyes. The boy's bones were now more visible and he was constantly coughing, yet he still looked at Atsumu like he was the world and he may as well be to Kiyoomi. No matter what pain and agony Kiyoomi went through, he always felt at peace and at home with his lover and husband.

Kiyoomi was in pain and Atsumu just happened to be the most effective pain killer. Sure, Kiyoomi could still feel the physical pain but with Atsumu, it was always numbed and he could easily ignore it in favour of savouring the moment.
