Jonah's pov

It was around midnight I think. Daniel was sleeping peacefully next to me with his head on my shoulder. I wasn't able to sleep. I was just watching the ceiling, thinking about what Daniel said earlier. That Svea and Dorian are maybe already dating, they're just afraid to tell me yet. It's actually possible. But I don't want them to be afraid of my reaction or opinion. In the end I don't mind it and also I don't have the rights to criticise my sister's choice. I'm not her father and we just reunited basically a few hours ago, so me already talking into her life would be absolutely stupid, childish and highly disrespectful. I either wouldn't be happy if she would be doing the same to me and Daniel. I'm gonna try to be more cool and trust her that she knows what she's doing. I don't wanna lose her when we just found one another.

My thoughts were interrupted by Daniel who started to move, then looked up at me half asleep still.

"You're awake?" he murmured. It was adorable.

"Shh, just sleep." I whispered and placed a kiss on his forehead.

"You should be sleeping as well by now." he replied.

"I will, don't worry, babe." I said and hugged him to my chest. He snuggled his face into my shoulder, placing his hand on my cheek and caressed it lightly. Soon he was asleep again and surprisingly it didn't take long for me as well to travel to the realm of dreams.

~time skip~

I was home alone once again, but I was busy with thinking about what we could all do together today. I mean Daniel, Svea, Dorian and myself. We should go out somewhere and maybe have a nice picnic, walk or hike or anything. Would be so nice to spend the evening together like a little family we are now.

It came to my mind that I'm gonna do something to eat for Daniel and visit him at the coffee shop. It's around 11.15am so I might be there at noon. He has a lot of free time around that time.

Like I mentioned I went to do some of those sandwiches Daniel likes so much. I quickly put it altogether, put them into a bag and went to the bathroom to freshen up before I leave. As soon as I was done there, I walked back to the kitchen, took the bag of sandwiches and headed out of the apartment, down the long hallway, to the elevator. After I got out of the elevator, I left the apartment complex and started to walk to the cafeteria.

In twenty or so minutes I was already there. I walked in as the familiar sound of bell rang by the door above my head. I immediately saw Daniel standing behind the counter, looking at me with the cutest smile. Of course it made my lips curve into a smile as well. The cafeteria was empty. Just how I expected. As I got closer, he came out from behind the counter towards me.

"Hey, love." he said softly, hugging me around my neck while kissing my lips. I hugged him back immediately, tightly around his waist.

"Hey, babe. I brought you lunch." I replied when we separated and handed him the sandwiches.

"Aw, my faves." he said happily when he looked inside the bag. "Thank you so much." he added, looking up at me and pecked my lips.

"You're very welcome." I caressed his face.

"Hey, Jonah." suddenly I heard Tom's voice. I looked towards the direction from where I heard him talking. As usually he walked out of the storage.

"Hey, Tom. Thank you so much for your help." I said and he immediately knew what I'm talking about.

"Absolutely no problem, bro. I'm glad I could help." he responded smiling.

"It means a lot to me." I said as Daniel walked behind the counter again to make a cup of coffee for me as usually.
