I mean, I get why people would ship this, but I also don't get it.
Ginny and Luna were never anything more then friends. Ginny called her "Loony" At first, but then they became good friends. Luna never showed any affection for Ginny or vice versa.
Sure, they liked each other, just not in that way. Ginny did nice things for Luna, like stopping people from calling her Loony, but they never loved each other.
Pros:
1. They could potentially make a cute couple
2. They'd have some adorable kids
Cons:
1. Who would Harry marry?
2. I'm not sure Ron would be ok with that
3. They never liked each other in that way.
