Ginny only ever loved Harry. Ever since she met him she was enamored with him. She only dated Micheal Corner and Dean Thomas to try to snuff out her feeling for Harry. Hermione had mixed feelings at first, but ultimately she really always loved Ron.
This is another ship that makes no sense.
