Soooooooooo we don't really know much about this ship, as it was only mentioned in DH that Teddy was snogging Victoire, but we don't really know much more then that.
I think it would be cute if these two got together.
It's semi canon, as it was not conformed that they are married, but they were kissing, and both James and Albus Severus said that they were ok with them getting married.
Pros:
1. They would make a cute couple.
2. Then Teddy would be related to all my fave characters! (Ron, Ginny, Bill, Harry, Hermione, Rose Granger-Weasley etc. etc. etc.)
3. I just like this ship
Cons:
1. Its not canon (yet)
