Chapter 5

"So what's up for today?", I ask Moony, who was looking at our schedule, grabbing James' apple.

"Double Potions, Ancient Runes, Transfigurations and Double Herbology", Remus replies, not looking up.

"Boooring", I complain.

"Well, you think every subject is boring", Sirius chirps in.

"Because it is and I don't think every subject is boring, I love Care of Magical Creatures", I defend myself.

"Yeah, you are the only one who does their N.E.W.T in Care of Magical Creatures", James retorts.

"I just like animals; they are much more interesting than humans".

"How very people friendly you sound today", Sirius tells me sarcastically.

"It's much more people friendly, than sticking your noses in books", I joke, earning a chuckle from the boys.

"Anyways, anyone has the Potion Homework for me? I might have forgotten it", I ask innocently. Remus ignores me.

"Remus, I know you heard me, come on, I will make sure no one notices", I beg.

"Fine", Remus sights.

"I love you", I exclaim happily.

"Careful there we don't want Prongs to get jealous", Remus laughs.

"Why would I get jealous?", James stutters, but Remus just gives him a knowing look.

"Well, I gotta go boys, I don't want to be late for potions", I tell them stuffing my homework in my bag, before running off, "See you in Herbology!", I shout. Sadly, I wasn't in the same Potion class. I had to go with the Slytherins, since the other class was already filled. I quickly run down to the dungeons, just as I was about to go around the corner, I bump into someone. Why does this keep happening I should just create something to help me see around the corner. I quickly gather my stuff when the boy I bumped into kneels down and helps me. I look up. He looked similar to Sirius, just that his hair was neatly combed and short and his eyes where a light blue, unlike Sirius' whose eyes were a cold grey. And he was a Slytherin.

"I am so sorry", I apologize.

"No worries, I am Regulus", he introduces himself.

"I am y/n, I tell him, Any chance you are related to Sirius?", I ask. He stiffens.

"Yeah, he was my brother until he ran away", he replies coldly.

"I am sorry, if that is a touchy subject", I add quickly.

"No, it's ok, he tells me before", starting to walk off.

"Oh, and Regulus!", I shout. He stops in his tracks and turns around.

"I hope to see you again", I tell him softly.

"I hope so too", he replies.

I smile and leave him standing there. Crab, I was late to potions. I burst into the classroom:" I am sorry Professor".

:Quite alright Miss y/n/l, sit down please, there is space next to Severus", Slughorn tells me. My eyes widen, this is going to be a horrible Double lesson. I sit down next to the boy with the silky hair, who I had to call Professor in my class, back in 1986.

"Today we will brew a potion, now get into pairs, and make the Amortentia with the person on your left", Slughorn instructs. This day couldn't get any worse.

I turn to look at Severus. He is stubbornly looking at his book, trying to ignore me.

Are we going to make the potions, or are we just going to stare at the book?", I ask, still getting ignored by the boy, "Staring it is", I sighed, still no answer, "Look, there would be a million people I'd rather do this with, but if you don't want to be kicked out of your little Slug-Club I suggest you to get your ass over there and get the ingredients".

Without looking at me he gets up to the ingredients. When he passed our table, it took everything to hold back the urge to make him trip. She wasn't going to let herself, act like James, even though they where really staring to rub off.

Two hours later, the room was filled with a weird smell. It smelled like a mixture off brooms, sweat, parchment and prank products. It weirdly reminded her of James. She quickly pushed those thoughts away, as she filled two bottles of the potion, one for slug horn and one for a fun game with the Marauders, she thought, letting the second bottle slide in her bag.

That afternoon, after an exhausting school day, she let herself drop on the couch letting out a loud sighed.

"You look like somebody beat you up, what happened?", James laughed at the exhausted girl.

"Thank you, James, that's what every girl likes to hear", I reply sarcastically.

"But seriously what happened?", he asks.

"I got paired up with Snivellus, in Potions", I complain.

"That sounds horrible", James tells me sympathizing with me.

"But we could end the day with something fun", I say excitedly.

"What's on you mind?", Sirius asks.

"I took something with me in potions, but we have to go somewhere private", I tell them.

"I'm in", James and Sirius tell me at the same time.

"I- I guess I'm in too", Peter stutters.

"But weren't we going to do the homework?", Remus asks.

"Come on Remus the homework can wait, we can have fun now", Sirius encourages his friend, and Remus finally gives in.

A few minutes later I open the door to the room of requirement, that now was filled with sofas, pillows, and blankets, as well as a variety of sweets and chocolates.

"This room is amazing! How did you find it?," James asks.

"This is the room of requirement, it turns in anything you need", I tell him.

"Now, I got some Amortentia and some Veritasirum, I say taking out a bottle filled with clear liquid and one with pink, First everyone drinks the Veritasirum and then you smell the Amortentia, of course saying the truth", I tell them.

"Epic", James whispers.

"I don't think that's a good idea", Remus says concerned, but James and Sirius had already drunk some Veritasirum, Peter and I following them. Remus let's out a sight and drinks.

"Now let's find out your crushes", I smile.

A/N: We this where the Story gets interesting. This was Kind of a filler chapter, but I thought we Need some natural Smalltalk. I want to have her a relashiship with Regulus, so we had to bring him in too. I am sorry for any spelling mistakes.
