"Church, it's okay. Calm down. Jin is always allowed in here, okay?" Church immediately started purring and went back to sleep.
Jin looked at her like she had two heads: "How? It makes no sense. Grant has lived with this devil for years, and he's never been able to touch him. We've been here a week, and he was surprised that Church came anywhere near me. Now you waltz in, and within a minute of meeting him, you have him trained as a guard dog."
Tavi gave him a big smile. "Most people and animals find me irresistible, but you are the only one who seems immune to my charms." He scoffed, and she knew he would have something clever to say, so she didn't let him. "Is it time to go already?"
He sighed and pulled something out of his pocket, he held his hand out with a silver chopstick in his hand. She raised an eyebrow and looked at him. "Take it," he said. She gently reached for it; she was almost afraid it would hurt her somehow. Seokjin isn't usually this calm. "Now say, Yeolda."
"Yeolda," she repeated. The chopstick started glowing, a white light, and then it was a small staff, about three feet long. Tavi looked up at Seokjin with wide eyes, "What's this?"
He looked a little embarrassed; he was blushing. "Um, women wrap their hair up with it, and then when they need a weapon, they will always have one. Not many women choose a staff as their weapon, so this is an antique." He looked so flustered.
"Thank you for the gift, Seokjin; I'll use it well. Now, how do you close it?"
He gave her a small laugh, "Datda."
Once it was closed, she twisted her hair into a messy bun and used the chopstick to secure it. It held her hair a lot better than she thought it would. "How do I look?"
He nodded, "We'll meet you in the living room in five."
Tavi put her heels on and off Church, and she went. All the guys were waiting in the living room, dressed in black and leather. Jimin and Tae ran to her, "We're going to be in the club with you, but when you are outside, you'll be alone. Everyone else will be outside the building, so you'll be safe. Jin is accurate with a bow and arrow no matter the distance or conditions. It's scary."
Church did not like that she was paying so much attention to them, not him. Tavi picked him up and flipped him on his back. She was rubbing his tummy, and he loved it.
"Holy shit, are we sure she isn't a witch?" Yoongi asked with his usual smirk.
"Naw, I'm good with sticks and pussy."
Jungkook and Hobi snorted so loud that everyone started laughing. "Are we ready to do this?"
They all nodded their heads, loaded up their cars, and headed towards the club. "Is there anything I should know about this demon or demons in particular before I try to entrap one?"
"Act defenseless; the more helpless you are, the better. They aren't going to attack someone that can defend themselves. Get drinks from the bar, but act like you are drinking. If you seem intoxicated, then you'll be easier to kill. Got it?"
Tavi nodded her head, "Got it, Yoongi. Be a helpless drunk floozy." They parked about two blocks away from the club. Tae and Jimin went first, and she waited about 10 minutes before she made the trek. She could feel eyes on her. She was sure it was the guys because it didn't creep her out. They immediately let her in. This Jack the Ripper is causing a lot of girls to stay home. Clubs need girls to get men in there.
She felt safer inside anyway, so she walked straight to the bar and ordered a drink. She drank it. Yeah, she needed to stay sharp, but she needed some liquid courage. Once she was finished with her drink, she ordered another. This one she sipped slowly, she got a text message 'calm down and stay sober'-Jin
