Joon looked at Bellamy when he ate and started asking the hard questions. "Do you know who you saw?"

"No, well, I know what he looks like, but I don't know his name."

Joon nodded and stood up, "Tavi, as soon as he's done, can you bring him to the library? I want to know who the man is."

"Of course, Joonie."

She didn't rush Bellamy; she let him eat as much as he wanted. Lord knows he must put on a few pounds; the poor kid is all skin and bones. After his third plate, he was finally ready; she turned to kiss Jin and then looked at Jimin. "Once I'm done with Joonie, care to get your ass kicked?"

Jimin snorted, and yeah, yeah, before waving her away. He is like an older brother to her; he enjoys teaching her but is also protective over her. Tavi had to drag Bell with her practically; when they were walking towards the library, they walked past the hall of portraits.

There are a lot of pictures of old white dudes who were/are important to this institute or the Clave. Bellamy stopped and looked at one dude, the only one she had seen in a wheelchair. "That's him, but he looks way older here than when I saw him."

"Joonie," Tavi yelled, "come here, please."

He walked out with a massive tome in his hands, looking confused. "What?"

She pointed to the picture Bellamy was looking at, "Who is this old dude?"

Joonie approached the painting, "Ah, this is Bertram Trueblood. He was injured in the last war against Valentine, the Mortal War. He was injured so gravely that the silent brothers couldn't do anything. He refused to get help from a warlock, so he's remained in a wheelchair ever since. About five years later, his nephew, Josiah Trueblood, came back from wherever he was, and he started caring for him. They look an awful lot alike, too," he mused at the end. Then he looked back at them and blushed when he realized he had been talking for quite a bit, "why did you want to know?"

It made her smile. He may be this badass shadowhunter leader, but he's such a sweet goob. "Oh, Bell said that this is who he saw, but he was way younger. I wonder if it was his nephew that he saw?"

"Hmm, it might be. He's pretty high in the Clave; he's actually on the council." Then he turned to look at Bell. Are you sure this is who you saw?"

"Like I told Tavi, the guy was much younger than this, but it's him. He also wasn't in a wheelchair."

Namjoon looked like he was thinking, then closed his obnoxiously large book. "I will call New York and tell them what we've found." Then he was off.

Tavi turned to Bell and laughed, "Well, that was easier than I thought it would be and way faster. I'm going to go beat Jimin up. Do you want to come watch?"

He looked interested but seemed trying to keep his cool: "Sure, I guess. I mean, I don't have anything else to do."

She grabbed his arm and dragged him to the gym; the maknaes were already sparring. "Ready boys?" She announced as she spun her staff around. She heard Bell say WOW under his breath. They spent the next couple of hours beating the shit out of each other, and it was glorious. She could keep up with Jimin for about 30 minutes before he beat her. She could see it was frustrating him that she was picking this up so quickly, but what could she say? She's a genius.

Jin came and got them when it was time for lunch. He found Jimin and Tavi lying on the ground, sweaty and breathless. "Are you guys hungry?"

She pushed onto her elbows and grinned at her hot boyfriend, "Sure are. Your little brothers worked me over so hard that I might need a massage later." He snorted and reached to help her; she jumped into his arms. He no longer fights her when she wants to attach herself like a spider monkey. He told everyone else to follow them and carried her to the kitchen.
