"OH MY GOD, JOONIE?" Tavi screamed at the top of her lungs, as that was the only way anyone would hear her over Church howling.

Joon chuckled as he went to hug his Parabati's wife, "I missed you so much."

Church was still howling as he circled around the three of them. "Shut it, Church!" she yelled at the cat. "I'll tell him." She looked at Joon and smiled. "He said that he missed you as well and can't wait to get more belly scratches."

Jin wanted to snort so loudly that it was not at all what the cat was saying. But he held his cover. It was too good listening to the cat rant about the fact that it was bad enough that he had not one of them back, but now he had two of them. It was terrible when they were shadowhunters, but now they are warlocks and are stuck with them forever.

He kneeled before the cat, "I'm not sure, but it sounds like you are upset."

Church went off and howled and howled. Anyone with ears could tell he was pissed; Tavi scrunched her nose up a bit and scowled, "That just seems; I don't know racists."

"Yeah, we told you that we aren't Chinese. We are still Korean."

For once, it wasn't about race; the stupid cat wanted to know if Mangus could make them into shadowhunters so he wouldn't be stuck with them forever. "It's not that Joonie, I promise." She kneeled in front of him and picked him up. Holding the ancient cat like a baby, "So you want him to leave me again? Is that it? You want me to lose the love of my life, and you want him to lose his parabati? That seems cruel Church, even for you."

Jin had to hand it to her; she knew where to hit the cat to make him feel guilty. Well, as guilty as a cat that doesn't feel guilt can feel. "Church, I know that Tavi is your person, and you've put up with me basically since the moment you got her, and I'm thankful for that. But she's my person too. As much as you love her, I love her even more. We have children together, we had a life together too. I was reborn for her."

"And I was reborn for Jin," Joon whispered from behind him. "Church, please."

"It's not like you even have to share a room with him. I have a four-bedroom house, Church," Tavi exasperated. He was a cat, and he was acting like a full-blown Diva.

But Church was making good points. Eventually, they would need more space, and what then? Jin wanted to ask, but he couldn't. He had to let it play out. Tavi sighed as she sat on the couch. "Are you okay?" Jin mouthed.

"Church, I promise. I won't make you share a room with anyone; we'll get another place if need be. I've lived a very long time and have a lot of money; I can afford to get us a place that will fit everyone."

"That's what you are worried about?" Jin was curious. Why was this such a big deal? It's not like Church actually takes up that much room to begin with. "You've lived with us before and had no issues. Hell, you lived with us and the kids and had no issues."

Church kept whining about how when they all lived together, they lived in the institute, which was massive. And when it was the kids, they were small, and once he hissed at them, they normally left him alone. Not all these adults coming over simultaneously.

She looked at Jin, "He's being ridiculous. I can't even explain how whiny he's being." She didn't need to; he already knew, but he couldn't say that.

"It's fine. I want to spend time with Joon anyway, and I feel like Church needs some alone time with you. Why don't me and him go hang out for a bit and you two go nap, maybe that will help cranky pants come around?"

Church was complaining that he wasn't a baby and didn't need a nap, but he was a cat, and they slept about 20 hours a day, so yes, he did need a nap. But Jin just smiled and scratched between his ears and then under his chin until the grumpy thing let out a purr before he swatted at Jin's hand to get him to stop.

"He made me purr, Tavi," Church whined as she carried him out of the room. "I'm mortified."

"It's not like it's never happened before," she whispered, giggling.

Jin was grinning; he loved that annoying cat so much. "You look like you know something?"

"I do, but it's hard to explain it. Can you trust me for a bit?"

Joon nodded his head, "I've trusted you for a lot of dumber things, so of course." He grinned. "Remember when you brought back a passed-out girl with purple hair and said that you found her in the park and told me to trust you? It would be fine if we brought her from LA to London with us?"

Jin snorted so hard, "In my defense, it was completely fine , and I ended up marrying the girl. So, I was right."

"I can't believe she went after a demon with a stupid tree branch."

"That wasn't even the dumbest thing she's done in the years we've known her. I mean she went into that bar when a serial killer was out and she drank and left the bar singing her head off."

"You made that absolutely impossible shot," Joon grinned.

"Yeah, it was either that or Tavi died." He snorted, "She still to this day bitches about me ruining her dress. Like I'd ever let her wear that thing in public."

"I seriously missed you two so fucking much."

"We missed you two, Joon; I would never complete without the both of you."
