chapter 6

Avalon

I sit down on the couch in the living with ashton watching a movie and I rest my head on Ashton's shoulder as I watch.

"Ouch..."I say in pain all of a suddenly when the baby starts kicking and ashton pauses the movie and frown at me.

"What happen?"he ask in a panicked voice and tears form in my eyes.

"A-ash....t-the baby is k-kicking"I say and smile as I raise up my t-shirt and bring his hand and kept it on my tummy and I look at him as he wide his eyes.

"Oh my God...."he says and the kicks stop and I wipe the tears away.

"I k-know....I guess baby woke up"I say rubbing my tummy.

"Hey baby...this is you uncle ashton....stop kicking your mommy, she's being such a cry baby"he says and I laugh as I watched him keep his hand on my tummy as the baby kick his hand.

"Woah...baby you already mad at your uncle before you're born"he says and the baby kicks the place his hand was as a response and he chuckle as I laugh.

"Wait here...I have something that will make the baby sleep" he says getting up and walk into his room and then comes out and with a black headphone and connect it with his phone and put the headphone around my tummy and I look at him confused as he puts a song .

"What are you doing?"I ask and he smirk.

"Making the baby sleep inside the tummy…"he says and I raise a eyebrow.

"Google"he says and I nod smiling.

"So you search these stuffs?"I ask as he sits next to me and hold my hand.

"Nope...but mom teach me and search everything on the Google for me so that I could help you anytime since, I also need to know stuffs so that I know how to solve it" he say and I smile as I rest my head on his shoulder.

"That's the reason why I love you lil bro"I say and he kisses my forehead and rest his head up on my shoulder before he made himself comfortable before starting the movie.

I decided to wear the dark green dress which sticked onto my body and sat down on the chair and took the comb and started combing my black hair down, before i clipped both side with black clips. I wear my black socks and wore my dark green Converse and apply light red lipstick on my lips, before I looked at ashton who got in my room and sat down on the bed as I apply mascara.

I turn to him after finishing and look at him as he was wearing a dark green t-shirt and wearing a black jeans and wearing a green colour Converse and I look at his blonde hair which was combed nicely to a side.

"How do I look?"he suddenly ask and I look at his blue eyes before I gave him a disgusted look like all siblings do.

"Amazing"I say standing up with him and I took my bag as we walked out the house.

He started the car as I get in after locking the house and he drove us to leen and Kevin's house.

I just cant wait until we reach there.

"Want to listen to a song?"Ashton ask and I nodded and he plays with the bottons in the car and suddenly ' Demons' by imagination dragons start playing and ashton and I sing along.

I clap as we finish singing the song and ashton laughs as we finally reached leen's house. we get out after ashton parked and we began to walk to the front door.

I knock on the door. No answer.

I was about to knock again but the door opens and behind it was both of them.

"Ohh look at you both...cute as ever" leen says pulling us to a hug and I hug her back and we pull away before getting inside and Kevin closes the door behind us as we go and take our seat on the couch.

"Well were is your surprise?"I ask looking at her and a little boy around three comes in and hug her and she carry him and put him on her lap.

"Surprise!....this is our adopted son... kayden"she say happiness in her voice and I smile.

"Oh my God.... this kid is just beautiful"I say looking at his ash colour hair which looks like leen's hair and his light green orbs which matches Kevin's eyes and I say their choice was great.

"We actually found him on our backyard laying on the floor all dirty and we took him to a schooling area and they told me that this baby was a once a adopted kid by many people but they were very careless and this was their forth time this kid is running away so we adopted him and I say... He's a really good kid"she says and I nod as I listen.

"Maybe he ran away because of how the people look after him..?"I say and it sounded more like I was asking a question and she nodded.

Why would any parents do this to this little cute boy?

"Kay... This is my best friend avalon and her brother ashton"she says and the boy looks at me and then to ashton.

"Can you play with me?"kayden says walking to ashton and ashton chuckles as he carry him and put him to his lap.

"What are we playing?"Ashton ask him and he point to a tv.

"He means the games on the tv"Kevin says and I giggle shaking my head.

"Okay boy, look after Kay"leen say and get up before I followed her to the kitchen and I sit on the kitchen chair.

"How are you both doing?"she ask and I smile.

"Well, baby keeps kicking me at night and day and ashton puts headphone on my tummy everytime and the baby relax a bit"I say and she giggle as she open the fridge door an take out a orange juice jug and close the door and comes and pour juice in a glass.

"You know being pregnant is really hard working...like pain strikes and the most hurt part is when the baby kicks and scratch with their sharp nails"she says and when she said ' sharp nails' it sends shiver to my whole body.

"I-i know....is really creepy"I say and she laughs.

"Your gonna be a momma and what am I going to be?"she ask and I guess for a while as I take a sip on my orange juice.

"What do you want to be called?"I ask and she smile.

"Auntie?"she say and the baby kicks really hard which makes my eyes tear up.

"Ouch..."I say and leen comes near me and  lightly rub her hand up and down as she sings.

Can the baby hear if you sing?

"Are you okay?"she ask and I nod.

"I guess the baby want to call you auntie "I say and we both laugh.

I wipe my tears and drink down my orange juice and fill in another glass and walk out of the kitchen and gave the orange juice to ashton who was playing the game versing Kevin as kayden watched clapping and laughing .

I sit down on a couch and look at the three boys as they were having fun and leen comes with some books and handed it to me.

"Since you are on you first pregnant, I do not want you to stress and stuff so you can read these five books for how to take care of yourself and healthy foods and these two books are for 'breast feeding' "she whisper the last part and I nod looking at the chapters 1 to 5.

"I surely will read them"I say smiling at her as I keep the book on my lap and we both look at boys as they play.
