Wanting You Back

chapter 8

I drive to her new house and park infront and look at my left to the one story House which was beautiful and there was no any other house nearby but a garden around.

I get out of my car after locking it and make my way to the door.

I try to knock but stopped.

What am I going to tell her? Will she be mad at me? Will she hit me on r-

Suddenly i find myself knocking on the door.

I curse myself for doing that out of nowhere.

"Yes i am coming"i hear Avalon's melodic voice.

The door opens and I smile at her as she was smiling at me but her smile drop after seeing me.

"Jay...?"she asks.

Avalon's pov

I look at jay who was standing wearing a dark green suit and his hair was combed nicely to a side which looks like I am going to melt in his legs.

His light green eyes was looking at me and I see something like love and sorry in his eyes and here I am wearing my black croptop and soft pyjama Short.

He smiles at me and suddenly he reaches his hand inside his blazer and take out a nice white rose which i love the most.

"Ava... I am sorry..."he says and comes closer and gives me the rose as i took it and look at it still shocked.

What is going on? What changed him so fast? is he playing with me again? Well, I am not letting him in easily.

"T-thank you"i stutter as i bring up the rose up to my nose to smell.

"Can I come in?"he ask looking at my tummy.

"Yeah ....sure"i say and move aside to let him come in and i close the door once he is inside.

I watched him as he looked around the house.

"What happened?"i ask him while, looking at the white rose in my hand.

"Oh...nothing, just looking around since from the outside it looked small and from the inside it is big enough"he says with a chuckle sitting down on the couch as i stood in my place.

"N-no not that...i mean what happened you came here? is it to make me cry again or something?"i ask as i sit next to him playing with the flower.

"No...i would not make you cry after all knowing that ....i am the one who actually cheated, not you"he says softly and tears form in my eyes as the memory of him and tiffany on bed together that night comes into my mind.

"And i would not hurt you ever again and i just want you to be mine again and i am sorry if tiffany and i had something going on between u-" he was cut off by me as I cry into my hand covering my eyes as I hold the flower.

"ava, i am sorry" he says as he pulls me into him and hugged me in his strong arm.

Did he come because he found the truth?...

"Please do not cry...i-i didn't really mean to hurt you, love"he says as he softly and I felt safe and loved at the same time when i am in this position.

"Please do not hurt me...i-i had enough of seeing you with tiffany"i say as tears rolled down.

He might just hurt me after making me fall into him so i better stay in my place.

"No...no i will not hurt you ava....please, do not cry"he says and pulls away and cup my face with his hand and I look down.

"Look at me ava"he says softly and I look at his green eyes as he looks at me. His lips was naturally in pink colour which i want to kiss him so badly.

"Ava, forgive me, i know I was such a dick but, i promise you that I love you more than any other and you're always in my heart when the day you left me also....no one can replace you because your mine and forever will be mine"he says as he wipe the tears in my eyes away.

"May i ?"he ask me and before i could answer he presses his lips against mine and kiss me slowly while I was in shock but, i close my eyes and kiss him back as he brings me closer to him.

He draws circles in my arm which brought me into reality.

Now, am I missing me ex-husband?..

I pull back and look at the rose as i breathe heavily.

"I can't..."i say and look at him as he looks at me confused.

"You can't, what?"he ask.

"I love someone else "i lie trying to figure out if he meant everything that he said and did.

"What are you talking about?"he ask me and I see hurt in his eyes but he puts up an confused emotion.

"I am in love with...uh.. someone from my dad's company and i cannot be in love with you, again"i say talking about ray who was gay but he doesn't know, so is better to play like this.

"Who is this man?"he ask through gritted teeth's.

"Um...ray...he was the one who make me breakfast everyday and kiss me morning and night and he plays with me and spend more time after i went there"i lie and look at him as he was burning by anger and jealousy.

Does he really want me back that bad? let's test him how he is going to bring me back as i play this game...?

"I-i need to go...."he says as he stands up and i stand up with him and walk to the door and watched a very angry jay as he walked to his car and drive off.

Now, what he have to do is get me...

"Ava? You alright....? you look like a mad person who escaped the mental hospital"i look at ashton who comes out of his room and walk to the fridge looking at me.

"Hey no need to be scared of anything....i am just playing a little game with jay, you can say"i say as i brush the hair in front of my face aside.

"Mind telling me about what your ex husband was doing here after making you go through a lot of things?"he ask taking a orange juice packet and sits down on the dining table as i go and sit next to him.

"Yeah...he came here with a lovely flower"i say showing him the flower i just put in the middle of the coffee table in the living room.

And i start to tell him everything he did and said to me as he listen.

"Wow...nice game your playing but be careful....he might go back to tiffany"he says and i shake my head.

"I am not letting him go back to that bitch but, make him fall for me again and start my life in peace."i say and eat a toast that i made while telling him the whole situation.

"Still wanting him back...."he ask and i smile as we continue eating our food.

Like i said i will wait for him to return to me and forgive me... that's a promise.
