Waking up before my alarm, I started to actually unpack my room since I didn't get to it yesterday.

Considering how yesterday was my first day back and I already managed to not only scare people but also piss a few people off including my family, I'd say it was time to do some self reflecting.

My second day back and I already have a girlfriend. Matter of fact I have two and they are twins.

Yeah, I still got it.

I reminisced on the argument my family had and how I wished they'd understand it from where I am at.

I was bullied for being powerless but now I'm feared and treated like a monster for being powerful. That's a lot for anyone to handle.

I wish there was a way I could push my emotions onto them so that they can understand what I can't put into words.

...

Wait a damn minute. Wait one damn minute. Isn't my dad a telepathic super?

Well I have a horrible idea which could end up with a dead father or an easier way to convey my emotions.

Let's pray for the latter.

I started floating in the air to avoid the creaking of the floorboards towards my parents room.

Luckily their door was open which means they went to bed late or they thought I was gonna sneak out.

I'm just gonna assume they went to bed late.

I went to my fathers side and stared at him trying to erase all the negative emotions I had with him.

Damn there impossible but I managed to conjure up some good memories from my toddler years. These will have to due.

I gently placed my hand lightly over my dads head. He twitched a little but did not move.

My power started generating but i thought about the happy moments and how quiet I was trying to be.

The power transfer started quietly and stayed quiet until it was finished. My dad didn't stir which means he's either dead or this actually worked.

Either outcome is fine with me.

I hovered back towards the door and made a left but instead of getting back to my room the way I came, I smacked hard into someone's chest.

I almost screeched in pure fear but then quickly realized it was my grandfather.

My feet quickly thumped back onto the floor and I looked up at my grandpa innocently.

"Mind telling me what you were doing in your parents room at 7:45 in the morning." He looked at me with questionable eyebrow hanging.

"Hear me out. I was minding my business which was interrupted by a grizzly bearded man who which is in my way." I smiled innocently at him.

"I'm about tired of this attitude you're picking up Emerson." He growled out.

"And I'm tired of arguing with you all." I said with the same anger.

"If we are gonna have this discussion can you guys please wait till everyone is awake." My mother moaned from the bed looking at us with tiredness in her eyes.

I rolled my eyes and walked back towards my room. I began pulling out the out for today which was a white T-shirt, black ripped jeans and my football lettermen jacket and of course the gloves.

Man do I miss playing football. Super's don't play "human sports." But those sports are addictive and better than anything this island has to offer for entertainment.
