Chapter thirty one

"Ok you got this Scarlett!" Sabrina cheers before we start.

Ok sitting down carefully I focus on clearing my mind, its a lot easier and faster now that I've been doing this for so long already.

Opening my eyes I take the peach pit into my hands and focus on it growing, mentally see its roots sprouting, seeing the stem that would become the tree trunk grow.

I opened my hands and it was growing! Instead of getting excited and losing focus, I crawled a few feet away and planted it. I continued to focus on the peach tree, seeing the trunk of it growing thicker, taller, strong. The branches and leaves and fruit growing.

I'm so focused till I hear, "holy shit Scar that's freaking awesome!" Losing focus I turn to see Raven staring in awe.

Instead of saying thankyou I walk over to him and kiss him, running my fingers through his hair, lightly scratching his scalp as I do. He moans into my mouth till we hear Sabrina clear her throat.

"Welcome back Alpha Frost, Scarlett you did amazing I'm so proud, and since you got this.. CLASS DISMISSED!

Oh and you have tomorrow off. I have a video conference with the other elders." She says making a glum face making me laugh.

She excuses herself and we each pick a peach and eat, they were the best peaches I've ever had.

"I missed you," I say hugging Raven's side as we slowly make our way to the house.

"I missed you more, I had no idea how much I would miss your snoring!" He says laughing as I smack him.

"I don't snore, you snore. How's our house coming along? You stopped to check right?" I ask curiously.

"Yes I remembered to check and see the progress and they have made great progress it shouldn't be long now till we can move back in, I hope."

He mumbles the last but I heard it and squeezed him slightly to let him know I share the sentiment. Don't get me wrong it's nice having our friends and family here together but sometimes it would be nice to get away from the craziness that is the pack house.

We make small talk about how we passed our time the week that we were apart, who would have thought that a week away from each other would feel like an eternity.

Some of our teenage pack members who just got back from school, I think because as we come in they start calling to me "Luna did you just ditch your training? What kind of example are you setting?"
Laughing I shout back, "I'm setting a great example! I did so well I got dismissed early for aceing my training! Oh by the way we have fresh peaches in the back!" I smile as they run out back and we hear them shout things like "holy shit!" "where the hell did that come from?" and "yay peaches!"

We pass the time watching movies and hanging out with everyone in the main living room and eat Chinese food.

Till at last the moment has come my payback is finally at hand! It's time for bed and I can feel it coming. It's a miracle that I haven't exploded yet today. So when we get to our room I make sure to lock the door behind me as Raven said he was going to shower first.

I then go to the windows and make sure they too are locked and secure. Changing into my pjs I hear the water turn off and not long after Raven emerges from the bathroom in pajama pants with no shirt. He's very distracting but I stick to my plan. I let out a huge yawn and crawl under the covers.

Raven joins me and holds me close then I whisper to him, "baby do you remember when we first found out I was pregnant?"

"Yeah that was a crazy day but one of the best I've lived so far, ofcourse I did mar it a bit when I made you puke but if I could make that up to you I would," He says snuggling me.

"I'm glad you feel that way because there is something I have to tell you," I look up at him as I let out a huge silencer.

"What?" He asks looking innocently at me and I can see the moment he gets a whiff, his face is priceless then he put two and two together and I hold him tight as I say, "I have pregnancy gas!" And let out another huge one.

"HOLY MOTHER OF GOD WHAT DID YOU EAT!!" he tries to pull away without hurting me.

"It could have been the beans this morning or the cabbage at dinner or...." I start listing things as he had last time.

"CAN'T BREATH! NEED AIR!!" he says coughing struggling to flop out of bed.

I take pity on him and let go so he can open a window because DAMN that stinks.

He runs to the window throwing it open and sticking his head out, "DONT RUN FROM YOUR FEELINGS" I cry out to him and he starts laughing.

"Holy shit babe you got me!" He turns to me with mirth in his eyes.

"Seriously though sorry I know this is bad it started when you left," I say smirking.

Laughing he opens all the windows and we sleep that way so we wouldn't die from the noxious fumes coming from my ass.

"I love you baby, even when your gas could take out an army of rogues if we trapped them in a room with no windows or access to fresh air," he kisses my head.

"Har- har, I'm no worse than the night we found out I was preggers, and you made me puke, at least I didn't make you vomit at all," I said poking his belly as I rested my head on his chest.

Chuckling he rubbed his hand down my back soothing me, "true, night baby I love you," he says kissing my hair. Looking up I tell him, "I love you too," and kiss his lips. Snuggling him as best I can with my ever growing belly I fall asleep.
