Chapter 3

3rd POV

Instead of focusing on the enemy Serena turns her attention back down to the man she is holding in her arms. With a flick of her hand the chains on Ban come undone. "Come so I can heal the both of you." she says in a soft tone without taking her eyes off of Meliodas.

Ban in his heart doesn't want to trust her, but there is just something about this woman that is so homey and welcoming to Ban. Without much fight he walks towards her. She grabs his hand and then all of a sudden she starts singing a beautiful song

As she sings the song, everyone feels a sense of peace come over them. All of their wounds are being healed. Well, everyone that is on Meliodas' side. The ten commandments quickly disperse to avoid that negative effect of being Serena's enemy.

Meliodas being fully healed still can't take his eyes off of the beautiful woman. "H-how are you alive?" Meliodas whispers.

"I never died my love. I will explain the whole story later, but we have some matters to take care of. I am glad to see that you have finally found that friend that you will always hold in a special place in your heart." Serena says with a gentle smile on her face.

"Yeah Ban is a good buddy." Meliodas says with grin.

"Well let's go." Serena says with a smile and with in the next moment the three of them appear in front of their group of friends.

The group of friends are still reeling in shock. "Sir Meliodas!" Elizabeth says while rushing towards him.

"I am fine Elizabeth, there are things we need to discuss." Meliodas says before she can touch him.

"Captain, now that we are out of danger who is this woman?" Ban says while looking down to the stunning woman.

Meliodas smiles and looks at Serena with love and pride filling his eyes. "This my wife. We married before the holy war ever started. She is also the queen of the siren race." Meliodas speaks with pride filling his chest.
