Chapter 5:The new girl

Me and Amber got to school and I go with her to the office to get her schedule and the thins is that she has all the same classes as me and honestly I was happy well...on the inside anyway.We went to English and when we got there Evan was already there and of course Diane and her friends Bianca and Claire.When Evan saw us he said "hey Sam and girl I've never seen before"and then I said "oh this is Amber she's new" then Amber shook his hand and then said "hey nice to meet you" then she went to talk to the teacher.I sat down next to Evan he was saying something but I wasn't listening I was too busy staring at Amber.Evan noticed and said "ohh you like her don't you?"and I just said "maybe...she's beautiful"and then the teacher started talking and said "attention everyone we have a new student and her name is Amber" and then the most amazing thing happened she said "oh you can take that seat next to sam" I never felt so happy in my life well besides netting Evan.And then she did and she just looked at me and smiled but the one thing ruined it Diane she said "hey slow Sam good luck with today's spelling test don't choke like late time" then she laughed.I didn't say anything I just looked sad and then the teacher said we were taking a spelling test and handed them out she said you have 10 minutes.The test was very pretty hard one word was occupation and I spelled it ocupation and then when time was up the teacher collected the test.At that point the bell rang and it was time for lunch and me,Evan and Amber walked together but as we were walking down the stairs Diane pushed me and I fell down the stairs and then she said "watch out slow Sam" I was fine but my arm hurt a little bit I got up and Evan asked "hey you okay?" I said "yeah I'm fine" then Amber helped me up and then yelled "HEY" and then I saw she was yelling at Diane.Then Diane turned around and said "oh hey new girl you wanna hang with the cool kids instead of slow Sam" and she laughed and then Amber said "I would never hang out with someone like you I like hanging out with real people not toxic ones who probably drink lattes on the weekends and watch chick flicks" there were people staring and then Diane said "hey you can't talk to me like that" and Amber just said "well I just did let's go guys".Then me,Evan and Amber went to lunch and we just followed her we all sat down at a table and put our stuff down and then got in line.When we got back to our table we sat down and we started talking and Amber said "does she bother you a lot?"I just said "yeah she has since I've been going here" then Amber gave me and hug and said "if she bothers you again she'll have to answer to me" me and Evan laughed and I said "okay" Well the bell rang it was time for gym class.

When we went to gym me,Evan and Amber went together and the teacher talked to Amber and told her that she didn't have to change into gym clothes because she was new but me and Evan still did so we went into the locker rooms.And of course Diane was there "hey slow Sam what's with you and the new girl is she your babysitter?" I didn't say anything and the she just grabbed my shirt and said "if she ever talks to me like that again you'll pay got it?" And I just nodded.I put my gym clothes on and went back out to the gym.Evan asked "what took you so long?" I just said "nothing just being slow "and then he said "oh okay" but Amber looked suspicious.The teacher said we were just going to do some stretches and that sounded  fine to me and then the teacher told us to line up and we did and while I was stretching Diane kept hitting me no one noticed but Amber did and she just gave her a dirty look.When we stopped stretching the teacher said it was free time so me,Evan and Amber just threw a ball back and forth and talking and while we were doing that a dodge ball hit me in the face and I fell.Evan and Amber both said "are you okay?" all I said was my face hurts so the teacher told them to take me to the nurse and they did.
