Me and Calvin got out of the car and went up to the house. The party seemed to be jumping.
" Damn , you see all those fine ass ladies over there ?! " Said Calvin putting hand over his mouth.
" Yea , yea whatever Cal." I said laughing and shaking my head at him.
We walked into the party. At the entrance was Tracy , Deon , and Khalil. Tracy and Deon were some childhood friends I've known since 1st grade. I just met Khalil a few months ago , but he ight.
" Surprise , Surprise , I didn't expect to see yo mad ass here Mauri ." Said Tracy dapping me up.
" Yea Dawg , Calvin wanted me to come down here to do a lil sumn sumn ." I said.

Everybody busted out laughing. We went deeper into the house. We all sat at the table in the back.
As everyone was talking , I put a cigarette in my mouth and lit it up. I threw the lighter on the table.
Everyone looked at me , and just went back to talking. A sighed and turned to my right.
And there she was. I didn't know who she was , but she was there. She was the most beautiful girl I've ever seen.

She walked in talking with her friend. She had the prettiest smile when her friend made a joke.
I sat there amazed to be honest. I sat back in my seat and just stared at her as she went over to the counter.
I took my cigarette out of my mouth before it fell out.
" Aye , I ain't never seen that look before Mauri ." Said Calvin slapping me on my arm.
I turned back around to the table and shook my head. Everyone just stared at me.
"What ? It's nothing. Mind y'all damn business." I said clearing my throat.
