Delicious aroma of chicken has filled whole house.....My mouth is already watering....I am helping Renu Aunty in preparing Sunday lunch butter chicken, Arjun's favorite dish.
Arjun and bond went to get ice-creams.....With lite garnishing everything is ready for lunch....
Renu:"Perfect....meanwhile I will put Arjun's clothes to washing....."
Me:"Aunty if you don't mind I will get them from his room....." she nodded with smile.
I went to his room.....though I came to his room before I never noticed it. It's quite big......When I am about to leave with the laundry basket my eyes fell on the nightstand.

I ran my fingers on their partially rough petals and inhaled it's fragrance.....
Renu:"Nandini.....what happe....oh.....these roses are very special to Arjun....he won't allow anyone to touch them.....he sprinkles water on them to make them fresh.....I am sure they were given by someone special to him...I tried a lot to get that person's name but he always diverts that topic."
I stood there not moving an inch. Though he proposed me.....I never thought he is serious about this. I thought it's some infatuation that will pass by.
Renu:"Why are you smiling?"
I frowned when I saw a small smile on my face in the mirror.
Me:"Nothing Auntie.....we have to complete this before they return na, let's go Aunty....." I didn't find anything else to answer curiosity filled Renu Auntie's eyes.
Arjun returned with Ice-creams. I took them without meeting his eyes.....something is stopping me from looking into his eyes....
