"Old habits die hard! I used to do it long ago so I did it out of habit."

"My best friend, Zander King is so patient so he always volunteers to remove it and I, a lazy person, always volunteer to eat it." Beatrix elaborated more and ate the shrimp Zander offered to her with satisfaction.

Prince Anders felt that it is weird but chose not to comment anymore while Prince Andrew continued to stare seriously at Zander and Brix. Whatever he is thinking at that time, he is the only one who knew. Later, when the drinking session started, the discussion was changed to another topic about Brix Lemur (Beatrix). This time, it is Prince Andrew who continuously asked Brix and Zander.

"How did the two of you meet?" Prince Andrew asked Brix Lemur (Beatrix) while urging her to drink a cup of liquor after he and Prince Anders drank their first turn but Zander snatched the cup of alcohol from Beatrix and drank it like water! Everyone was surprised, especially Beatrix!

Beatrix gave him 'What is the matter with you?!! You know that I am a better drinker than you!!!' look but Zander gave her 'Did you forget that you are pregnant?!!' then unconsciously gave her belly a swift glance and then his gaze returned to her face.

Oh my! Why did I forget my pregnancy?!! Being with my two former husbands is making me troubled and irresponsible!!! Sorry baby... Mother will never make trouble anymore while you are still in my belly... But Argh!!! What now?!! How are we going to explain that a supposedly adult man should not participate in drinking?!!

Beatrix thought anxiously... Luckily, Zander understands her thoughts and provides an excuse for her.

"I am sorry, Your Highness Prince Andrew and Your Highness Prince Anders but my best friend had a strange illness since young. Our Master forbids him from drinking any form of alcohol or else his dormant illness will relapse again..." Zander lied directly as if what he is telling is the truth.

"What a waste that you could not drink with us! But yeah, you should treasure your health!" Prince Anders said with clear sympathy on his face and in his voice.

"Is that so? How terrible it must be as a man that you cannot drink and socialize with your friends in this manner..." Prince Andrew said seriously.

"Forgive this humble servant that I cannot participate with you in this manner, Your Highnesses! I could not disobey our Master's order and endanger the life our Master painstakingly preserved..." Beatrix said confirming what Zander told them.

"Of course, you should not disobey your Master's order and you also need to consider your health..." Prince Andrew responded with righteous words that made Beatrix sigh with relief but she was devastated after hearing the next statement. "But who will compensate for Young Master Brix's turn?"

Beatrix was so shocked and angry after hearing it!

I knew it! He would never allow anyone to gain an advantage! He does not want to experience any loss even in a simple drinking session! Truly a sly person!!!

She could no longer hold back the angry curses in her heart towards this insufferable jerk and former husband of four lifetimes!

Scoundrel! Scumbag! Jerk! He is acting righteous but he is bullying us! No... He is bullying my husband! For the first time, I want to feel sorry that I am pregnant! If I am not pregnant now, I will surely hit him with my shoe! Argh!!!

She is so mad now but it only makes it worse that she could not express it explicitly but show him a smile of fake gratitude for his petty good understanding!

"It is I, Minister Zander King, who will compensate for my best friend, Your Highness Prince Andrew." Zander politely declared.

Beatrix is trying so hard to prevent her teeth from grinding. She is very annoyed because she cannot do anything but watch her former husband bully her current husband!

Prince Andrew nodded and so Zander will have to drink two cups per turn because of her and thanks to Prince Andrew's petty nature!

Beatrix cannot focus on the topics anymore due to worries. She felt so worried seeing her husband's flushed face and his slight facial distortion whenever he would drink two cups of liquor in a row.

Zander is a bad alcohol drinker! He easily got drunk and he hates the taste of alcohol! Because of me, he is forced to drink two cups per turn... I should not have come here... I made a pit and he jumped for me... What should I do?

She thought and glanced at the two princes. Prince Anders looks so drunk and talkative talking to another super-drunk Zander. Prince Andrew, on the other hand, looks so calm and composed drinking by himself now. Beatrix is not surprised. In her previous lifetimes, Prince Anders can never defeat her in a drinking contest while she never defeated Prince Andrew, not even once!
