The deafening music pulses with your heart
Your eyes see nothing but the extravagance ahead
Fooled by the scintillating beauty
And deceived by the mask you wear
Your feelings seem distant and apart
Locked away in a coffin like the dead
Take heed, do not drink that poisoned tea
Be wary of the ensnare
Now let the masquerade end
Awaken from your slumber
Throw away that disguise
Enlighten your shadow
Unravel and unbend
Unload that heavy cumber
Cleanse yourself of your lies
Let your feelings burst and flow
Reveal your innermost intentions
Be honest to yourself, to your emotions
Answer your unspoken questions
Leave that blissful ignorance to drown in the oceans
