Fighting Against Life the Huntress

Her challenges have begun

Haunting and tormenting me

With reviving old pain

Unobtainable dreams

And thoughts of failure

Strength is dwindling and almost gone

Maybe it's time to flee

But what will that gain

She continues with her schemes

Testing to see if I'll endure

Her deadly hunting zone

But I won't satisfy her crave

I won't be the victim shot by her crossbow

I won't be one to give up and fall

Even when things are looking bad at the time

I know I'm not alone

That fact keeps me brave

She continues to throw a deathblow

She may want to see our downfall

But getting through Life is not a crime

Though pain will be felt and inflicted

And your mind may become conflicted

Don't let Life discourage you from living

Continue doing your best

Pass Life's stupid little test

Show her who's in charge

Do not be pushed off the marge

Have faith in yourself my dear

You have nothing to fear

Stay positive

Go on and live

Keep fighting, don't ever quit

I know that you can make it
