Shackle the words
Before they explode
Out in the open
And forever remembered
Once it's said
It can't be undone
Whatever phrases are found within my mouth
Must remain caught between gritted teeth
For when they are released
I know I'd come to regret it
So for now I'll bite down language
Cut off the communication
If we don't then we'd both erupt on each other
We'd send the lava flying
Leaving a charred land behind
Once seen, we'd want to rewind
Pretend as if nothing had happened
But this time it's different
You've reached your boiling point
There's no turning back now
Though it hurts to say
Obliterating friendship
May just as well be the only solution
For the sake of hurting you less
